I travel nearly every week so I value being on time. However, a minute by minute call to hurry up on a flight that was sold out was over the top. There was mumbling among the passengers, to the point of someone joking "Free cookies and water if we make it on time?" Just a bad gate experience, but bad enough that peopoe were commenting, and I waited for someone from the cockpit to del\part so I could mention it to them."

I never again i would took Delta because I call a day before my departure to see if they would help me changing my flight by morning and they couldn’t they told me that i have to pay $300 dollars."

They allowed passengers to board that were seated at the end of the plane while some 1 was boarding, causing tons of congestion. The boarding process was the slowest I have ever experienced in all the flights I’ve been on. The crew was ok, but slightly snappy/rude like typical New Yorkers. The flight from ft. Lauderdale to New York was much more pleasant."

The time spent was around 6 hours....4 of them the were on one continuous phone call where we were bumped back and forth between West Jet and Delta. The problem was never fixed and we haven’t flown home yet. We have new flights booked on Delta but only because Delta took pity....West Jet does no refunds or reticketing. If flights are missed you're out on of luck!"

He alerted the driver, called the boarding gate and led me to it."

Don’t take this flight, the 1 hr connection time from IAH to Panama to Rosario is not enough time to allow for delays and COpa is a BAD partner to United as it refuses to wait for the United flight to arrive."

Then they charged change of ticket costs for next day flight and did not provide overnight stay. They filled up flight then all agents leave counter so passengers have no one to check in. Then they came back and said it was too late and flight was closed and passenger’s fault. Then they said because bilked through Kayak/Justfly, they said next flight was not available and had to leave on last flight out of Managua the following day. This is unlawful and outrageous activity."

Pros: "This was a nice experience for a fairly typical airline. Meaning, not Emirates, Qantas, or the others that are supposed to be top-notch. To be fair, I haven't flown them, I'm just thinking of things I've heard and read. The seat was fine and typical as far as leg room and reclining goes. The food was what you'd expect on an airline (it was fine, but I don't despise airline food). The crew though, was wonderful. Really. Friendly, welcoming...I bothered one attendant a couple times for more water as I was very thirsty, and then asked for a beer after the beverage service was over. Often flight attendants will act as if you're demanding a foot massage or something, but this particular guy was very nice. All of the crew that I interacted with was just lovely."

Cons: "They broke off one of the 4 wheels of my checked-in bag rendering it useless. I approached the luggage complaint section of Copa Airlines and they said they only fix or replace bags when they make an actual hole in the fabric, which would basically require using a sharp knife or a chainsaw. Broken wheels (mine was completely gone), handles etc don't count, in other words, they can throw around your bags like they mean nothing to them because their policy protects them, not you. I'm pretty sure Copa isn't the only airline doing this but it needs to be said regardless, it's really not fair the way they treat / abuse customers' belongings without making themselves responsible for hardly any of it."

Our flight from Panama City, Panama to Boston, MA USA was cancelled due to snow. Not the Copa fault; however, rebooking the flight from Santiago back through Panama to Boston was very difficult even though we call the day prior after noticing the cancelled flight on the Copa website. We were successful; however, it took multiple calls and multiple delays on hold to make it happen. No e-mail confirmation was ever received; however, we were able to confirm the flight via the website. We were also unable to confirm the flight status on the website. Maybe it was a special flight or something, but from the customers view, it was discomforting."

Cons: "My baggage did not arrive in Quito until 2.5 days later. Apparently it did not leave Panama with my flight."

Pros: "Agent issued boarding passes and luggage ticket but somehow didn't process payment. After waiting 4 hours for boarding we were denied entry into plane. Somehow agent overrode the safeguards and was able to issue boarding pass. Very lax security and agent even denied seeing credit card given to them."

Cons: "The boarding was not organized. I was in Group C. We were chained behind a rope. Boarding started and when the agent nearest to us didn't get a passenger quickly he started to take Group D! I did not appreciate that. This continued throughout boarding. Also, as to be expected!, as newer people joined the the lines they went to the line moving - not their Group line. So we stood behind the rope on C while everyone else was boarding. I finally jumped to the moving line. I was tired of waiting. The kosher meals were warm, but not hot. There is no reason for this. I have been flying International for over 20 years and I know what is possible. The seats - for a 10 hour flight - were uncomfortable. Either I need more padding on my rear end or you need better seats."

If a customer wants to land with headphones in, i do not see a problem. this seems to be a change from every other porter flight ive been on."

Cons: "I needed to get to Boston that day so I woke up @ 5AM for that. I arrive at the airport only to find out that the Porter airplane just "didnt arrive from last night, we're so sorry". I asked that I get to Boston the same day - that's why I purchased the ticket. The crew said "they're so sorry all flights are booked". They could either have us get a later flight (not to arrive on the same day) or refund us and have us find another airline. We asked that they take care of our flights themselves - even with other airlines. They politely but categorically refused. We got our money back and flew with Westjet, and will likely never fly with or recommend Porter again."

Cons: "Though they have a lounge it was not in good shape. Trash cans overflowing, seat cushions filthy. I appreciate that they provide food for economy passengers in the lounge but, if you provide good in plastic containers you need someone to empty the trash-at the least."
