It was excellent service in the snow storm gives us hotel and transportation. It will be more better if u can add one more meal because it’s a long flight boring journey. If you give extra meal time passes faster and can enjoy the trip better

Dear Team, I purchased a full travel package that included 2 checked bags through you and JustFly. However, when I arrived at the airport, my ticket showed 0 checked bags. Since I was traveling internationally to India with 2 bags, It was a $200 per bag at the counter, which was extremely disappointing. For an international trip, why would I ever choose a no‑bag option for only $20–$30 less? This seems like an error in the booking process, and I am requesting clarification and a resolution. I have called JustFly and on phone for 1 hr :53 min and they couldn't help till I show some kind of proof etc which isn't possible but besides that love your service and using it for years !

Early arrival. Good boarding. Deplaning this flight is very slow both coming and going. Baggage arrived quickly for Pearson

Ethiad wanted to charge me $1100 for 2 checked bags on a ticket that was $550. Nother the airline or airfare assist was willing to help before arriving at the airport. All parties said it was the other responsibility to help. Never flying ethiad or using kayak again.

Good service. But on flight to Kochi no entertainment except in app. And no working outlets to charge phone.

It was great! Kept the time. Provided what was promised

From the start of my vacation at Logan Airport, Boston it was chaotic. I'm praying my flight home is better .I'm grateful that we landed safe

Nice crew , clean cabin , food was delayed due to problem with the quantity .

I booked and paid for a Business Class seat for myself and my wife. 4 hours before the flight i get a call saying the plane they sent doesn't have the correct layout to accommodate all the business class seats they sold me 3 months earlier at a premium of $1500 a ticket. So they have to bump me from Business to Economy and will give me a $400 credit (total of $800 for both seats) that I could turn in at Abu Dahbi for $400 in US cash. They then promised a row that we could have to ourselves and the arm rests would go up so we could spread out for each of us. My wife was taken care of but I was put in the exit row with the flight attendents set as part of the three...and the arm rest did not go up. When we got to Abu Dahbi, they would not exchange our credit for cash as promised. Very disappointed they took my money 3 months ago and refused to reimburse for the change in seats or follow the promises made.

Kayak and Aran grant issuing business class tickets without lounge access and sometimes 1 or 2 connections in economy class. It’s very disappointing to find out that after buying the ticket. Never buy tickets on kayak and Aran grant again

The flight from Lisbon to Toronto was delayed and then our connecting flight in Vancouver was delayed due to “unscheduled maintenance “. We boarded and then had to get off the plane and wait. We were over three hours delayed in Vancouver and missed our final connection to Saskatoon. We were forced to overnight in Vancouver arriving in Saskatoon at noon the next day. That’s over a 12 hour delay getting home.

I want to thank Carlos at the Miami AC desk - he was amazing and went over and above to help us out. Thank you Carlos and all the best to you!!! You made our faith in AC feel great! Sincerely, David Cubitt

Flight was canceled due to mechanical issues. After a considerable wait in the queue, Air Canada customer service was very helpful to get us on another flight. I am disappointed to report our rescheduled flight is for three days from now. Three days of extra expenses and inconvenience is unacceptable.

The plane was almost an hour delayed and then once we were on board, they said that captain didn’t have enough hours left in his day to fly us so they had to find another captain. Surely that could’ve been figured out out in advance. Incredibly frustrating because I missed my connection in Toronto, and it has a result missed the first day of my conference in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Flight from saskatoon to toronto was by far the worst flight ive ever been on and roughest landing ever.

Mechanical issue caused me to be stuck in Vancouver for 2 days

The last 3 hours it was freezing cold in row 56. Multiple people had their winter coats on and were utilizing the blankets provided by the airline. I also did not have easy access to figure out how to book my food allergy and advance for my meals. Most of everything I received was something I couldn't eat. This needs to be made more accessible. Also, I'm 5'10 which is the average height of the American male. I flew from Philadelphia to Toronto and then to Tokyo and the seats were absolutely unbearable. For that long of a flight it is impossible to get comfortable when doing anything. Flights need to have more space and stop prioritizing costs over people.

The on-board entertainment system was horrible - we gave up watching because it just kept glitching.

We had originally booked our flight from Punta Cana to London Ontario but our flight from Toronto to London was rescheduled and we would of had a 14 hour layover in Toronto before caughting our flight to London which is unacceptable. So we canceled our flight to London with no compensation and booked Robert Q Airbus from Toronto to London. We are not planning on using Air Canada for any more travel trips. In the last year and a half, Air Canada has rescheduled my flight from Toronto to London 3 times and forced me to cancel the flight and take Robert Q to London to avoid a long layover in Toronto. I received no compensation for the flight which is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed in the way Air Canada always rescheduled my flight from Toronto to London.

I wish Air Canada would provide a meal on the 5 hrs or more time flight to the passengers.
