Planes arriving on time would be better. Apparently flights are delayed almost all the time, making your connection impossible then having to rebook on another flight at another time. There is no regard for customers who need to travel somewhere at a certain time. Connection flights are not held by the same airline, even though they know the plane can get there within 30 minutes or less. Airline staff is amazing, but the excuses Air Canada gives for delays is not truthful. Some messages will say mechanical problems and the next message for the same plane will say air traffic control issues. So what is true? They don't need to refund anyone if they use these two excuses. So if travel from B.C. to Montreal with delays like this is common, I will consider not flying there anymore. When we missed our connecting flight, the next flight had one seat (4.5 hours later) and the next flight was a red eye at 10:45. Big difference from our 12:15 initial flight.

Flight Boarded and departed on time. The Flight crew was very friendly and accommodating. The aircraft was clean and free from clutter and debris. I will be happy to recommend Air Canada to my friends and relatives for their flight needs. They were very attentive and responsive to our needs as Senior citizens.

Everything. The crew was so friendly, helpful & smiled. We had an excellent flight getting in earlier.

My flightbwas delayed three times consequently I had no other choice then to take a 19 hour flight to Toronot and slept on a bench in Toronto airport before I could get on my 5 hour flight to Mexico City I got food vouchers in Toronto but they were not honored then my luggage was lost My trip was a terrible experience

From the kind young lady (w/Vancouver air security) who expedited our check-in to U.S. Customs to the Air Canada gate crew who gave us pre-boarding, the flight attendants who actually offered a strong hand to help me board once I had surrendered my rolling walker at the door, they are all reflections of the thoughtful, genuinely helpful Canadians we have grown to appreciate. Water and other beverages were offered throughout the flight to make sure we weren't dehydrated and the cookie was great. (Husband bought the fruit & crackers snack,) I was delighted to see three movies that I would not have otherwise seen and appreciate that AC left the last film viewable until its conclusion although the flight had actually landed. Last, mahalo to the kind strong gentleman who not offered his hand to help me debark the plane, but gave me an AC pin that I'll truly treasure.

Because I am quite tall a bit more leg room would have been more comfortable. Out of three seats I had the middle one, unfortunately.

Hated charging my devices. The location of the outlet was inconvenient. And no USB connection. So outdated.

Overall, great experience. Check-in and boarding procedure was smooth and orderly, check-in staff were very pleasant and there were no issues with the expected additional payment for check-in baggage (we knew about it beforehand because it was somewhat clearly listed at purchase time). Improvements: unfortunately with drip pricing becoming a more and more common corporate practice, at every step of the process there should be a clear indicator of anything that should cost money in addition to the price of the ticket and is commonly accepted as part of travel (i.e.--check-in baggage and/or food service on a 6 hour+ flight). This price transparency helps customers make informed decision and not feel like they are being ripped off, especially for something like a flight where you cannot easily change plans at the last second. Also, flight attendants seated in the back of the aircraft (rearmost row, 36, I think on that flight from Vancouver to Honolulu) didn't seem to have a dedicated area and were rather chatty with each other the entire flight. Not really a big deal, but I hadn't seen (or heard) that previously, and the flight was fairly quiet overall, except for a crying child or two.

Horrible that they pack so many children onto a 10h flight.

TSA scanned my boarding pass and i got through the gate but they airline deemed my not valid. Major flaw in the communication and boarding pass scanning system and now I’m paying an extra 2000 for the whole flight
