All good the seats a little tight and no I pad screen

Everything was good except the fact you charge more for a carry on bag vs a check in bag and to top it off in US$ that was not impressive

Our flight was cancelled at the last minute for maintenance reasons and we were rebooked on a late flight when we purposefully booked our flight to be home early due to work.

Seemed like an old plane. Very noisy. The seat cushions were so old that the metal bracing of the seats were poking through. There was plenty of leg room though.

Flight was delayed over 2 hours, then landed at a different airport!

The whole experience from check in to deboarding was fantastic.

Just an evening before they canceled my ticket and offered me ticket costing 3 x times more than. I will not fall prey to these scams,Will never book through kayak now. Such a bad experience.

was okay except.. 1)the porter check in webpage doesn't let you print your boarding pass from home 2)that there was a 90 min cut off for checking in on the kiosk in general, and to print a boarding pass, even tho i checked in online already....

Great! Personable crew. I love that they pour complimentary beer and wine.

I love the 2 seats per row. More room. The crew were excellent.

They cancelled and moved my flight with no email or text or any other notice. I discovered this only when I attempted to check in for my flight. Actual flying experience was above average.

Delayed boarding. Delayed taking off. Delayed landing. Missed our connecting flight. Our seats on this plane were not assigned until last minute, splitting up our family with kids. I sat in the last row next to the bathroom with so many people rubbing up against me to get to the bathroom the entire flight.

Another delayed flight. Then got bumped to a later connecting flight, over two hours later! Plane was hot and uncomfortable.

Arrival at Comox from, London,ON 6 hours later... No bueano

Poorly staffed check-in in Victoria. Unhappy WestJet person on counter. Then our flight was delayed by 2 hours, which meant our luggage failed to make the flight to LHR. Overall poor communications to passengers. Fortunately the flight from YYC to LHR was good and on time.

Generally good. However. The flight left 30 mins behind schedule with no reason given.

Flight delayed, missed my pick-up had to Uber, plus missed dinner and medication, so sad!

Not only was the flight delayed more than 3 hours but also there was no internet or movies on the flight. It was Flair/Spirit quality of experience at Westjet prices

Only issue was checking in took over an hour and was very stressful. It all worked out, but we weren't sure for a while.

We purchased premium flex tickets for our overseas flight to London. I have food, allergies, so I knew I wouldn't be able to get a full meal. WestJet doesn't seem to provide any way for people like myself to register their allergies ahead of time. I was given one small package of crackers and cheese as my meal. I was told there were no more packages available and no other alternatives for food. The flight attendant seemed quite disinterested in providing service. That stands in stark contrast to other Westjet flights where the flight attendants have gone out of their way to provide service.

No TV's. Seats are super uncomfortable. Crew was great!

Service Director cut all cabin lights and window screens defaulted to dark, but it was an afternoon flight going west. I spent hours trying to see what was reading as reading lights weren't working either. What the hell.

The food could have been better. The flight attendant was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever had.

The Entertainment system was nearly useless because videos kept stopping then jumping over segments at random but closely spaced intervals. About 75% of the plane gave up trying to watch and then the gaps and jumps became shorter, It was terrible and made it hard to know what was happening since it was not a normal buffering pause where you still get the cont6en t. Instead the video would pause then jump ahead missing short segments and dialog entirely! The economy class seats on all flights have less and less legroom. I’m tall and the upgraded seats are no better for the leg room, not worth it. I flew from Toronto to Calgary….The staff at YYZ was awesome and kind. My flight’s (prior) incoming plane from Liberia had been delayed over 3 hours and the attendant quickly and kindly transferred me to the earlier flight that got me in hours earlier. Such a great staff!! Every staff member on the plane was very-very Canadian/Kind . Great job and attitude you folks! The plane itself was new and in great condition, except the issue with the video streaming.

I did not like ANYTHING about Discover....see my previous comments regarding our trip. I will do everything possible never to fly with Discover again!!!

Air Canada was great! From the airport at Montreal to boarding to the food on board the plane. The crew was great too! There was a slight issue with some other peoples’ tickets that I overheard about but the crew handled with care immediately to ensure everyone was comfortable and we could takeoff! Great experience with Air Canada

Everything was good till we got to yyz...then we got to the gate and there was NO GATE AGENT. We waited 15 min before disembarking. No internet No IFE Old aircraft Second leg in two weeks NOT IMPRESSED

The seats are soooooooo small in economy. I was offered no tea or coffee in the am. When I asked was told that it was too late. The plane was 2 hours late leaving.

My first flight left so late we knew I would miss my connection. Rather than redirecting me then, they made me take a flight to Montreal, then Toronto (there was a flight leaving for Toronto when I was in NYC, no need for me to also go to montreal). Then they gave me a food voucher that did not work (4 places would not accept it). At least they gave me a hotel automatically, even though it was a cheap crappy one. I'm still not home, and it's been over 24 hours. I'm exhausted.

The crew and food were very good. The plane was dirty..
