Pros: It was one of my best flight

Cons: Everything is perfect

Pros: It got us to our destination.

Cons: Seats sucked. Screaming kids. Wouldn’t let us bring our carry-on for the last leg: Lisbon to Barcelona even though there was room.

Cons: When late, pls help passangers.with no helpfull people dont work

Cons: Incoming Delayed & outbound delayed 2 hrs as a result

Cons: Flight was delayed over an hour and that added to an already for a very long day. We also ended up waiting a long time while aboard. There apparently was a weight balancing issue. It took them a long time to let us know why we were sitting there. Otherwise everything was okay.

Pros: Finnair is always perfect. Always on time, professional, clean and comfortable. They give free coffee, water and blueberry juice.

Cons: The seats are uncomfortable, no leg room, no space between seats and the trays hit ones’s stomach. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. The food was awful. Overheated and not cooked through at the same time. Breakfast was odd. Non-Greek yoghurt and cashews. Just strange.

Cons: Entertainment system is outdated, the food was only passable. The chocolate was nice

Cons: Departure time was delayed due to over crowding in Zurich airport. Info on connecting flights and transfer requirements was insufficient, no offer to help those with tight connections, e.g., by trying to seat them at front of plane or help them get off faster. Missed connecting flight as a result!!

Cons: Cabin kept very hot, very difficult to sleep. Seats were so-so comfortable

Cons: BA doesn’t let you reserve seats when you book your flights, even for business class, never heard of that with any other airline, that’s just not right when you are spending so much money. Luckily for me the seat next to me was vacant, hence it was fine, otherwise it would have been very uncomfortable as it is a little too tight. on the 777 having 8 seats in a row is a tight space even with all the configuration.

Pros: The flight attendants did a great job making sure everybody had what they needed. They were in a great mood considering the hours and made the overall flight a great experience. One of the best flights I have ever been on and smoothest landings.

Pros: Crew was attentive and polite.

Cons: When the person in front of you lowers his seat 5 minutes after takeoff and keeps it down the whole flight, it makes it hard to eat and really uncomfortable. I have a LOT of miles (avieos or whatever they call them) but never get offered an upgrade to economy plus like I do on other airlines.

Pros: Friendly FA, good entertainment options.

Cons: The seat density BA has put on the 787 is ridiculous for a long haul flight. Impossible for a grown adult to get comfortable with the narrow seat pitch on this aircraft.

Cons: No sandwiches for sale just snack boxes

Cons: Tightly packed seats made for discomfort. My knees were touching the seat in front of me.

Cons: Took forever to wait in line to board this relatively small plane.

Cons: Plane was an hour late. Boarding among the worst EVER ANYWHERE.

Cons: Because of Boeing disaster did not go to Halifax but were sent by Westjet to TO and then on with Air France. Boarding areas in TO are a long way away (lot of walking) and customs in TO is frustrating and takes a long time.
