Cons: A strong snowstorm prevented me from arriving to the airport on time (highway was closed). Flight was at 3:15. After over 5 hours on the highway I finally arrived to the airport at 2:27 and the Aeromexico counters were empty. A lady from Lufthansa told me the flight had just closed and suggested that I call aeromexico’s phone number. I did that and the gentleman on the phone told me I should go to the check-in counters. I mentioned they were empty and he had no other suggestions. After an hour on the airport and on the phone with no progress I booked a trip with United and traveled home.
Pros: The good customer service provided
Cons: The plane took off 30 minutes later than expected

Cons: Weather delayed the flight by around 4 hours. Crew at the airport were clearly stressed and took it out on stressed passengers. You had to ask for everything rather than the crew proactively doing things to make people comfortable (regular updates, food vouchers, going around making sure people are comfortable). Captain on plane was good. Crew on plane was ok, more socializaing with each other rather than being proactively helpful.
Pros: Plane was nice, clean, good entertainment options, departed almost on time, arrived on time.
Cons: Boarding process - seat upgrades should come with boarding zone upgrades. Paying extra for a seat and then boarding in last zone makes no sense to me.
Cons: The fact I was delayed 2 hours. Missed my connection. Spoke with customer care about getting a flight out of Toronto the next morning because of connection issues instead of late that evening.
Pros: Good service good flight fair food and nice seat.
Cons: Biggest issue the start very lax re security, 2 people never wore their seatbelts at any time, take off and landing. They hardly checked anything.
Pros: Great service, easy boarding, good flight.
Cons: Cramped seats, like everyone.
