Pros: The crew was so nice especially the man who came to thank me for keeping my body out of the way of those who were serving and those using the bathroom. My husband an I were in the last row. He offered me a free drink, which I didn’t accept but I felt so good.

Pros: They got me an air sick bag since there were none in the pockets. Bathroom was very clean. Chair had bendy headrests. Didn’t have to check my bag.

Cons: Very turbulent, seat did not stay reclined. On a redeye flight, this was the key misery-maker. Seat in front was reclined so no possible position to sleep from the middle seat, even for a short person.

Cons: Used the self check in kiosk to begin! That was awesome! But after that I still had to stand in line to check in my bags. That part of the process took a bit longer than expected.

Cons: My seat didn’t have a window. The woman who booked it told me there was limited recline, THERE WAS NO RECLINE, and she left out there is no window even though she asked me if I wanted window or isle and I chose window. I felt like I was in a closet. Landing was incredibly harsh.

Pros: Atlanta airport was busy and we circled for 30+ minutes, which nearly caused us to miss a connecting flight (customs and all). The Delta pilot was good at communicating with the passengers though.

Cons: Flight delayed due to a mechanical issue (replace a tire) from YYZ to LAX caused me to miss my connecting in LAX to SJC

Cons: Boarding was terrible. One lady was very rude to people who are boarding. Also took quite a long time to board.
