Pros: There was one crew member was passive aggresive and doing his best to annoy the whole trip, I had to get other crew involved, he was hitting on my friend as well.....
Cons: This was a United flight sold as Air Canada to me and Lufthansa to my friend. This made check in twice as long since we went to the wrong counters. The quality was horrendous for an international flight and the entertainment system was broken. I paid atleast 50% more than I should have. Never fly UA
Pros: Food in premium economy was pretty good.
Cons: Flight was 2 hours late leaving Heathrow
Pros: Comfortable and a very friendly flight crew.
Cons: Terrible layover in Vancouver. There was not need to make us leave the plan for 3 hours and get back on the same plan
Cons: The ticket I purposed did not allow for carry on / which was not clear on my confirmation when purchasing the ticket
Cons: Screen is slow and outdated. Easy upgrade from one class to another.
Pros: Could not tap opinion on previous page. Good trip. Good service. Good legroom which was covered.
Cons: Food prices.
Pros: Crew was upbeat and helpful. Seating was comfortable and there was ample legroom. Boarding was prompt and efficient.
Cons: I would expect that with a 5 and half fight that some sort of food besides ti terrible cookies and pretzel would've been offered!! A very long time to go without food!!!
Pros: Crew were very caring. Seats were OK
Pros: No frills. Friendly staff.
Pros: We arrived safely
Cons: Flight was 3 hours late. Crew was disorganized & inefficient. Announcements were repetive & not helpful. Waited 2-1/2 hours on plane before departure because crew was terribly ineffective boarding passengers that were re-routed from another flight. No weather or mechanical issues, bad decisions.
Pros: The flight itself was fine and the crew was excellent. The boarding process was efficient.
Cons: My center seat, which was assigned, put me in an extremely uncomfortable position physically for the entire 14 hour flight. My two seatmates extended physically into my space, and minimal legroom meant by knees were pressed against the seat in front. I was not happy at the lack of seat choice.
Pros: Got the seats I wanted, movies were good. Staff was friendly
Cons: In Montreal they took my carry on bag stating it was too big, I have traveled with it many many times and it always fits except the tiny planes, this was a 787. When I got on the plane many people had larger bags then mine and it was the last bag on the carousel at the other end.
Pros: There's nothing to like about Air Canada's Rouge service!
Cons: Seat comfort.
Pros: Seats in Dreamliner have a small pitch. The plane itself is awesome, crew is ok, food’s traditionally horrible.
Cons: Pretty much everything
We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an email and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
