Boarding etc was all fine.

The crew were so kind and friendly. Kept the spirit upbeat and served us well. The bulkhead was roomy enough for carry on bags, so they weren’t taken away from us to be checked, which happened to us on the same flight last year with another Canadian airline.

I do miss personal screens in seats, although I understand it’s not really necessary anymore. If there were a ledge or place in seats to accommodate personal devices for better viewing, that would b amazing. No more neck cricks.

Wonderful friendly and helpful ground staff and crew.

1 hour delay in boarding due to mismanagement of scheduled maintenance. If more time was needed, please do not schedule/post early flight time. I could have used that time to roam Vancouver.

For some reason, the return was in Hamilton not Toronto. Unfortunately, I noticed after I paid. Not sure why the flight wasn't from Toronto.
