Cons: We got a hotel in St. Louis so we'd be plenty early for our morning flight. Got to the airport more than 2 hours early, checked in and waited. They announced over the overhead speakers that our flight was delayed due to mechanical issues. Then delayed again. Then cancelled. We were on the phone with both the airline and priceline ASAP. By "on the phone" I mean "holding for the next available representative...", which was more than an hour wait for both. The airline didn't have another flight they could fit us on until next week. We asked priceline to get us on the next available flight. We held, were disconnected, held, held more, disconnected, held more...until the day was gone. That evening they finally said they booked us on a 6:15 a.m. flight. I asked for an email confirmation and when it didn't arrive several hours later I called back. "Please hold" was the catch phrase of the day. Eventually a rep came on the line and said that we had a 6:15 a.m. flight, gave me the flight number, etc. and said the email would arrive shortly. We went to bed feeling good. We got up at 3 a.m. to get to the airport by 4 a.m. The airline didn't have anything on us. We had two hours to get this straightened out so we weren't TOO worried. "Please hold" When the priceline rep finally came on the phone she said we had reservations and the airline should let us on. Even though it was 5 a.m. now there was a long line at the airport check-in. When we got to the front of the line the guy dug deeper into his system, said he could find our reservation, but that priceline just hadn't purchased the tickets. I told this to the priceline rep on the phone. "Please hold" We watched as our flight left. We spent the day trying to get priceline to get us on a flight, but I was never able to speak to someone able to get us on a flight.

Okay 4.3

Pros: Boarding was quick.... I am just filling space to get to 50 characters as United was quite bad and that’s paying for first class

Cons: First class doesn’t get you into their United Club before the flight. You still have to pay for any food in first class. And they tell you need to download the app after you exit the airport area and lose WiFi and coming international couldn’t go and download before flight. United was a huge disappointment.

Pros: Hard to come up with something

Cons: Remarkably, airline was unaware of FAA regulation requiring window seat for Portable Oxygen. Switched at the last minute to the last row, which does not recline. Thus sheer misery for someone with back trouble. Wi-fi also inoperative. Plus, the panel on the siding was loose snd vibrated the whole time.

Pros: Crew was efficient and personable.

Cons: Two and a half hour delay leaving EWR because aircraft was late from prior destination. UAL said FAA limited flights coming in due to weather. Although scattered light rain, no seemingly unusual weather at EWR. No special reward once on the flight to make up for that delay (I.e. still charged for snacks and alcoholic drinks). Delay was very frustrating. Also, not a fan of selections on United WiFi entertainment - very limited.

Cons: We did not make this flight due to the first flight being over an hour late. This caused us to miss our connection to St. Louis. While they rerouted others on the flight, they did not reroute us because we didn't check any luggage! Their reasoning was we had a chance to make the connection. But they made us wait in a line for 10 minutes to be told that despite our requests to go to the gate. By then it was too late. We then had to fly stand by to Chicago and stand by again to get to St. Louis.

Okay 4.6

Pros: Comfortable seats with phone holders

Cons: Mediocre snack, rude crew people on boarding

Mediocre 3.6

Pros: Hard to come up with something

Cons: Remarkably, airline was unaware of FAA regulation requiring window seat for Portable Oxygen. Switched at the last minute to the last row, which does not recline. Thus sheer misery for someone with back trouble. Wi-fi also inoperative. Plus, the panel on the siding was loose snd vibrated the whole time.

Excellent 10.0

Pros: Wonderful timely departure and landing

Cons: None

LAX
MCO

Prices are per person, are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in CAD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
