There was no food but a singular cookie for a flight that was over 5hours??? Yeah not fun I was starving and again super cramped plane and you guys need to get planes with screens too, WiFi is nice but common we need more

No kiosk to help pre boarding unlike other airlines, still lost the luggage despite its own crew/TSA or security tagging it, poor handling of lost luggage and possibly compensation is likely poor too.

No food, water, snacks.”beverages”. This was on Christmas Day. Upgrading cost $100, for what exactly?

The only thing I can't give good or really good is the fact that we didn't have food ,just a packet of pretzels or cookies which is normal,and ofcourse there isn't any entertainment. I've always flowen WestJet ..I really like the airlines..this plane was smaller one ,pretty tight seating.

It was generally pretty good, but the check-in and boarding process were a little difficult. Check in was in terminal 2F, but there was a shuttle required to get to the gate, which added significant time. The gate was changed 30 minutes before boarding, which took us by surprise - we did not get the notice until boarding had started. The check in line moved very slowly - the agent was friendly, but did not seem very efficient/urgent given the growing line.

Nice to have free food and reasonable beverages. My seat screen was out. Crew tried to reset it but no good. Would fly WestJet again

They were on time and everything went as expected. The only thing that could be better was they didn't wait for us to get through customs to pick up our luggage off the carousel. An employee picked it up and was shoving it together with others onto a cart. Later we found one of our luggage was slightly bent.

Awful food and had to ride a bus to board in Paris, delay

4 hour delay leaving Paris. Didn’t get to board through jetway. All of the passengers had to take busses from the terminal to the aircraft. Once we got to Calgary, we had a very long layover that was shortened significantly by the big delay leaving Paris ( when I originally booked the flights, the layover in Calgary was 3 hours, a month before the trip, WestJet changed the second flight which increased the layover to 8 hours!). The flight from Calgary to Nanaimo (ya, the one that they already bumped back by 5 hours) left over an hour late. So, instead of arriving home in Nanaimo at 2 pm, we arrived at 1am. It totally sucked.
