Waited 7 hours at the airport and now I have no way to locate my luggages because they were checked with tags to a flight that was delayed twice and then canceled last minute. I was told my luggages would be routed to my final destination but they’re not here .

Didn't have my boarding pass until Montreal, really stressful and neither Luftansa or Air Canada were rlly helpful.
The flight from Houston to Frankfurt was atrocious. Our seats were in Coach; these rows provided no leg room, and if you needed to exit your row, you had to ask the passenger in front of you to straighten their seat, so you had a bit more room to go to the restroom. For our return flight, we decided to upgrade our seats. Lufthansa refused to give us credit for the seats we had already selected and paid for when we initially booked our flight ($60) and charged us $125 each to sit on a row with more leg room. In addition, we missed our Lufthansa connecting flight in Frankfurt because the flight from Houston left late. We walked the Frankfurt airport for hours, looking for someone to assist us. Terrible experience! Needless to say, we will never fly Lufthansa again.
Please see other message. One flight was cancelled and neither Lufthansa or Air cañada would book me on another flight as they did not have me in their computer(with the numbers you assisted me with) HELP

Cons: "screaming and kicking child behind my seat, with no way to "escape". I had a severe cold and that was certainly not something I needed, I tried to get some rest, but that was impossible. The seats are getting smaller and smaller, hardly any legroom whatsoever. Also, what I had planned on bringing on the aircraft as carry on (which was my work equipment, tablet/printer etc), I had to check in as luggage because it was "overweight" meaning more than 8 kg and pay ADDITIONAL $200 (in addition to the $100 I already paid for one suitcase). I've seen many passengers with "heavy" carry on, which they were apparently allowed to bring into the cabin without any problems. I had never had to pay for any carry on, and I am seriously considering using another airline for future business travel."

Cons: "uncomfortable seat, off set from the seat in front of me so my entertainment screen was at an odd angle to watch. Food was ok but they had a sauce on the chicken that was not very appetizing. It actually made my wife sick and lets just say she did not keep her dinner. Also, I asked for a scotch after take off and it was a small shot and after dinner I asked for another and it was just a whisper. It did not even cover one ice cube. It would have been nice to get at least a full shot."

Crews kept forgetting passengers orders/requests. A lady sitting besides me pushed a call bottom 3 times to get noticed. Flight attendants were too busy chatting with passengers to help other passengers. I have never seen that type of services before."

Cons: "They had grabbed my carry-on luggage at the gate. I specifically told the gate agents that I put heirloom plates that used to belong to my mother in my carry-on. They assured me it would be handled properly. Well this promise turned out to be lie. The plates were broken. Even though they were wrapped. I am sad and angry. My carry-on was small and light. There was no reason that it should be singled out in the first place. Now what?"

Food served in Economy on the international flight FROM US was terrible, and just a little better on all other flights that we took this time. But i noticed that food served on international destinations FROM US on any airline is terrible in general. Space between the seats is limited, very uncomfortable even for a petite woman. Child meals are too sweet, my kids ended up eating my salads, and part of my meal, because they didn't like their food. On the flight from US, kid's meal had 3 chocolate bars on top of other sweet things, which is too much. Give kids fruit bowl instead. I will not order child meal again."

Staff had some trouble adjusting to individual request (e.g. one passenger changed her mind on the meal choice and confused the staff member who tried to force the food choice on this older lady). Obviously, dealing with elderly is not the same as dealing with young - this may require some additional training of staff members.On another occasion, two passengers exchanged seats - and it took some time for staff to sort this out at the meal time. A "Muslim meal" was offered to a christian passenger. - The interchange was hilarious."

Our party was not accommodated when we asked for seats together. My husband and I were separated and we were separated from our kids. The ground crew did not seem to care. Take off was delayed, but the captain never told us why. The guy in front of me reclined his seat the whole time. I felt like a sardine in a can. So uncomfortable!"

We were rebooked in economy class when we paid over $5,000 for business class tickets, and told we would "probably" receive a refund for the difference. after much prodding, asking and begging, we were finally rebooked in a flight on Lufthansa the same night. That airline was upset, though, because SAS did not call them or notify them that we had been switched to their airline."

In addition, delayed due to short handed baggage loading crew. Flight was one hour late departing. Luggage did not make connecting flight to London. No wifi either."

I had to rush though customs then run to check in baggage didn't have time just to drop off and run to shuttle then run to terminal security check in then run to my gate to catch my flight I was 2 minutes before my gate closed. I barely made the flight. I am also still waiting on United Airlines to find my luggage, they are supposed to call me and drop off my luggage."

My seat was extremely u comfortable as the cusihion was misshapen. The male passengers seated behind us were drinking alcohol and became loud and garrulous, making the trip most uncomfortable and unpleasant."

SK agent at lax seemed unsure, Arlanda customer service agents at baggage in Arlanda also seemed unsure. We then learned from another airport worker at baggage they would go all the way through. It is very important to know since turn around time is very short, and I almost missed flight 8 years ago, and bags did miss it last time. Tks"

Cons: "That I wasnt on the flight! Air traffic in Rome delayed us from leaving on time. Airline wouldnt comment until 15 minutes before landing if connecting flights would be held. They werent...we were 45 minutes late. Though my son and I were put up in a hotel it didnt compensate for our missed engagement in Chicago.1 full day gone!"

Cons: "With a flight scheduled for around 11 hours, seat comfort is at the top of my list of importance. These big Airbus planes have the worst seats for long hauls. I had forgotten previous experiences when I made the reservation but won't in the future. If it is a big Airbus, I'll opt for a flight with a 767, 777, 747 or 787. And what's with one soda per flight? Overall, an acceptable flight but just barely."
Pros: "Lucky is the passenger to get onboard a new SAS plane! Cleanliness aside. The built in phone chargers to the tele is genius. Nice to land fully charged!"
Cons: "I didn't like that they interrupted programming to announce they were walking on board shopping through the cabins. They did this twice! Really unnecessary!"

Cons: "The gate for boarding was not open till it was time to board. I do not know why they could not have us sit in the boarding area, we were standing for a long time."

Pros: "Our original flight was to be from Hannover to Copenhagen to Chicago. What we got was Hannover to Copenhagen Stockholm to Chicago. The flight team was cold and offered nothing for our inconvenience. Our meals were delayed (I feel for the diabetics on board). When we go to Chicago, an announcement came overhead thanking us for our patience. Little effort too late. There should have been a personal apology for the flight crew to every passenger. It would have cost them nothing to do this while they were passing out drinks or meals. At the very least drinks should have been comp-ed for the Copengagen to Stockholm leg of the flight. This was a bad situation, yes. But, SAS missed numerous opportunities for service recovery to ensure my future business."
Cons: "Flight crew was distant and didn't seem to appreciate what a huge inconvenience this was to people. Many people missed connecting flights. I am not diabetic but this was a horrible situation for people that have to plan and schedule their meals."
Pros: "Good food. Decent selection of movies and television, helpful crew"
Cons: "Seats are not shaped like a human spine. They curve away from the occupant's lower back instead of providing lumbar support."
Cons: "For travelers with specific requirements at baggage drop-off (e.g. visas for the US, excess bags...) the Geneva airport was sadly underprepared (only one line open...)"
