"It was hard to hear the PA announcements for boarding. Maybe also post the info on the screen? Or allow the attendant to pull down his mask when speaking into the PA system?"

Cons: "Delta flies a lot of the CRJ planes, even on relatively longer trips. Traveling first class, the seats are a little wider than in coach and have a little more leg room, but calling it "first class" is a bit of an exaggeration. It's more like what coach used to be before the days of the flying sardine cans."

Cons: "It was an old 767 that either needs to be gutted and redone, or sold to FedEx for cargo. The entertainment systems were relics from 2002, and barely worked. USB port, nope. Then they ran out of food and booze (wine mostly), so they made the nonrev employees go without, which was awkward gif the rest. But the kicker was that they lost my luggage. I told them that it hadn’t been boarded ten minutes prior to pushback. The Venice folks were very excited to be able to show me exactly where they list it (because of the RFID bag tags)... doesn’t do me much good... 10 miles away or 10,000 miles away, I still don’t have my “stuff”"

Pros: "Although we ended up being stuck on the plane for 2 hours prior to take off due to high volume, weather and as the pilot put it, "possible military activity" the crew kept us informed every step of the way. There was one flight attendant in particular who was so full of energy and made the unfortunate circumstances not so bad. She entertained us and kept us in the loop the entire time as did the pilots. It made the 2 hours not feel so bad which was appreciated."

Very disappointed of Delta - lost 3 hrs at the airport today"

Pros: "We were delayed one hour in Mexico city but when we were in flight the crew definetly made up for it. The crew served us a great meal with drinks of choice as quick as possible followed by a hot cup of coffee cookies and kept coming around to check if we needed any thing els. Way to turn things around Delta."

The time spent was around 6 hours....4 of them the were on one continuous phone call where we were bumped back and forth between West Jet and Delta. The problem was never fixed and we haven’t flown home yet. We have new flights booked on Delta but only because Delta took pity....West Jet does no refunds or reticketing. If flights are missed you're out on of luck!"

I actually came to kayak to book my ticket for Friday to go to London however when I got to the airport it says it was for Monday. Because I had to be at London the next day for a wedding i had to buy another ticket for almost 1000. I also couldn’t contact u so I’m emailing now. I didn’t get on the plane for west jet because I am already in London. I also have a screen shot that shows me that my flight details were for Friday however another email shows me that it’s for Monday. Cons: "The pilot on the Honolulu flight to Vancouver left some documents at the hotel and he had to go back to get them therefore delaying our flight to vancouver. This caused a lot of passengers connection flights delayed and rebooked to another flight later on that day. No apologies or compensation of time wasted was given. Food vouchers would have been nice. The new boarding passes provided also pushed most of us passengers back to the last seats at the back of the plane.. which was a very uncomfortable experience."

It is Sunday night now. Not happy!!!!!!!! No food on the flight!!"

Even though the items listed in the dislike are 3 in number, and added to an uncomfortable experience, some of them are identifiable as beyond control, yet others are within the control of system set up or process."
Cons: "small items that I didn't like were : 1) Temperature, and 2) wifi 3) waiting for electrical. 1) Temperature: When boarding the plane the Temperature of the cabin was extremely warm. The pilot advised of the condition, this was not something that could have been fixed and I think they handled it well. I just didn't like the 90+ temperature 2) Wifi: was intermittent, I ensured the Westjet app was the only one running, but the movie I was watching was pausing every 15 minutes to buffer. So it was a constant reminder of dial up.... 3) waiting for electrical: Upon landing and taxi-ing to the ramp, the pilot was advised that there was no electrical to support the plane after he turned off the engines. So good that he waited, thank you pilot, and not so good as it was another unpleasant item on the plane ride."

The first plane had a hole in it from hitting something the flight was completely cancelled only one out of the two people at the counter was helping a line of people, but due to a system error people were not checked in . I had to get 4 different print outs of my boarding pass. the second aircrafts air conditioner didn't work, the third plane the back door would not close. I spent over 12 hours in the airport and couldn't get home till the following day . The airline did not have a hotel reservation ready as promised and had to wait an additional 15 minutes while they were telling me I was responsible for my own room. Eventually they got me a room and gave me a voucher. I would never fly or recommend West Jet i just don't feel safe."

Cons: "The boarding process was a nightmare there were 4 flights boarding at the same time from gate 57-61. People were coming in line from every direction and it took forever to walk a few feet to get my boarding pass scanned. Then about 1hr into flight it's was freezing in the front of the plane, I was in row 5 and the only solution given to several of those who inquired about it was to "take a walk to the back, it's warmer back there". We were dressed for the winter up front and people in the back were comfortable. It was ridiculous. Mind you this was a tiny plane 1 seat on the right and 2 on the left so not a lot of room to stand and move around."

Cons: "I went on this trip as an veterinary humanitarian out reach. I was also guardian to one high school student so that she might have an experience of such to guild her future. Her flight was missed booked to leave after mine, I attempted to rebook my flight with Luthansia but they would not let me me even partial rebook. I attempted a number of times to rebook the flight but their solution was extreme financial gain for them when more reasonable alternative could have been arranged. They canceled my entire return flight and left me stranded. I had to piece together a return flight on a shoe string budget. Thankfully American Airlines was understanding for it appears Luthansia and United are not."

As a long term and faithful Alaska Airlines customer I was shocked that a plane would not leave on time and act like it was par for course. Ehhh so what? I'm an older woman and needed help with my overhead luggage. The very young male attendant saw me struggling and just said that is not going to fit and walked toward the front of the plane. No offer to help whatsoever. The plane was small and uncomfortable"

Cons: "The flight was overbooked and asked for several volunteers to take later flights for travel credit. Ended up forcing those unlucky souls in the last boarding group off flight with no offer of credit or accommodation. Waited in customer service line for hours, literally longer than it would have taken to take off and arrive at my scheduled destination. United representatives could not find a flight that guaranteed a seat (not on a long standby list) that was even in the same 12 hour period. I spoke with a United supervisor who showed zero empathy or concern with the situation. In the end I arranged for other travel accommodations to drive to my family reunion destination. No refund was issued or offered. I was informed I would have to call United customer service after the date of my previously scheduled return flight to explain my situation. I will personally never fly United again and would recommend the same to anyone. Although for the record, I did receive a single ten dollar airport food voucher for my inconvenience. Inexcusable."

Cons: "The only complaint is to have to pay for the TV. I feel it should be part of the service. On the way going to Punta Cana the flight attendant gave it to us for free and that was very nice as it made the trip seem to go by faster. Other then that everything was wonderful."

Pros: "Once we got on board the flight attendant was very nice and accommodating. The flight itself was fine."
Cons: "We had to wait 4 hours to board our flight. The plane was late, then they had to replace the whole navigation system. Then at the last minute told us to go to another gate and when we got there we were told to go back to the original gate. Getting another plane from the get go would have eliminated a lot of the hassle we all experienced."

Cons: "Did not advise that the $30.00 Costa Rica exit fee was now included in the ticket price."

Cons: "The staff was very rude and they picked and chose who they wanted to move up front when there were very large people setting next to one another and the staff grabbed some of the smallest individuals and moved them up to business class. Very unprofessional!!!"
