A very comfortable flight, an additional wash room could have made it almost perfect.
Look, I understand that Kayak doesn't know I cancelled my flight on Porter. So I didn't actually fly yesterday. My main disappointment is with Porter ticket fare policies, and maybe you can pass this on to them: At my employer's request, I had booked a full fare ticket with no change fees since my trip to Toronto would likely be extended. Indeed, when I went to change my flight home to a later date, I was told the Fare Difference would cost an additional $550. So much for no change fees lol! While I had the agent on the line, I hopped over to Kayak, searched for new flights on the date in question, and saw a one-way ticket that got me home for only $355. So I got reimbursed about $450for the unused half of my roundtrip and bought a new ticket for $355. What good is a full fare / no change fee ticket if they screw you with "fare difference" BS. I'm still flying home on Porter Airlines but they just lost a hundred bucks with their stupid shenanigans.
I flew with Porter yesterday and overall had a positive experience. The flight was delayed, but the airline did a good job keeping passengers informed with frequent updates throughout the process. My biggest challenge was actually in Terminal 3, where the speaker system wasn’t very clear. It was often difficult to hear the announcements, which made it harder to follow updates at the gate. On board, the experience improved significantly. The aircraft felt very new and well maintained, and the seats were surprisingly comfortable for a short-haul flight. One of the flight attendants seemed a little disengaged, but the other was excellent—friendly, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. Despite the delay, the comfortable aircraft, clear communication from Porter, and positive onboard service made for a good overall experience.
The Flight took off 2hrs late because there was no pilot showing up when the flight was ready to board.. Though the cabin crew was present and had prepared the plane, the FO turned around after 15 min and went away. A crew to fly the plane finally arrived over an hour later and we were able to board 1h30 min later than planned time... until everything was loaded, we left 2h late from the gate. This was a small plane, so don't expect any Entertainment... Wi-Fi access on board would work, but took an awful amount of time to figure out and get it work (I'm an IT person). Flying as VIPorter customer, I was expecting at least some warm meal, but everything served was just cold.. except the coffee maybe. Even in so-called VIPorter seats, space is cramped and trays are so tiny, you can barely setup your food. Flight caught up during the coast-to-coast crossing and was able to recoup about 45 min from the delay.. still arrived very late in Vancouver and had to wait a long time to get our registered bags. Let's see how the return flight will be in a few days..
It was okay. Had a thing with the front desk, she had me repack my suitcases to have them be under the weight restrictions, but then the other one was overweight, she argued with me about it when there were tons of people in line. Wasn’t great.
On my e-boarding pass it shows free wifi, yet the plane I was on didn’t have wifi. Please remove false advertising from your website and boarding passes
Organization and the adjusted times but the snacks could be of a bigger portion
Our flight was delayed by a bit. I appreciated that we were kept informed on why periodically. Boarding was fine. I overheard one flight attendant sounding very rude to a passenger who was not paying attention to the safety demonstration. The snacks were minimal as it was a short flight. There was no entertainment. Overall the flight was good back to LGA.
Seemed like an old plane. Very noisy. The seat cushions were so old that the metal bracing of the seats were poking through. There was plenty of leg room though.
The only issue had when i mentioned about comfort was the man beside me was on the larger side and took about 1/3 of my seat where i was pressed against the wall/window of the plane for the trip.
Overall, it was good. I was seating next to a wonderful lady and did not notice how time flew. Thanks

There was no room in overhead bin to place our luggage despite we had tree seats. It means a lot of people had more than 1 carry on bags. When I asked a crew member to help she said that it was not her responsibility.
The plane used to go to Chicago was a bit outdated and needed a refresh

The check-in and passport submission was complicated and repetitive, due to the poor communication between Air Canada and United. There should have been a single set of instructions and a single questionnaire that provided the data for both airlines.
It was good! Appreciated that it was very on schedule so it made the connecting flight less stressful
Internet was not working for a bet . Hard to order food with our credit card because it was not in your system .
I've flown American several times this summer and I have yet to get a flight that leaves on time. However, a delay is better than a cancel. So far I have had four canceled flights and two delayed flights
The flight was delayed and was not forthright on the time that it was likely to depart where Flight Radar 24 was reflecting a later time that ended up being accurate for the takeoff. The plane was filthy with food smashed into the carpet and crumbs were piled under the seat where I was to put my backpack. It looked like a full sized Lotus Biscoff cookie was pulverized under the seats in my section. The seats were so uncomfortable especially when the person in front reclined his seat completely to where it was smashed against my knees and I am only 5'2". The fruit and cheese box for $13 was lackluster with no flavor and not satiating at all. The plus side is that I did get one full can of ginger ale. The flight attendants looked miserable and tired, probably due to the last minute need for a new flight attendant to fill in since the original one assigned could not continue on to service this flight. Improve the flight experience for customers and maybe the irritability and stress of flying in today's environment will not negatively impact the joy and stress of the employees/flight crew. This is why I prefer to fly non-US carriers whenever given the chance.
DELAYED AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN - not only that, you delay in 20 minute increments for hours and hours instead of having an accurate delay understanding.
Communication not good, too many changes. Three flights were cancelled due to weather and the options were not acceptable. I had to cancel my Canada portion of the trip.
On time and stellar premium class service. Not liking non LCD display in seat backs - miss the convenience of not using your own device.
Very long delay at PHL. The old section of terminal F is a disgrace. Take-off was 3.5 hrs late. It was not just the bad weather, but also too many jets occupying too few slots, a very PHL-based problem.,
The flight was on time and crew were nice, seats were tight and there was entertainment available
Worst flight ever. I was suppose to have a 3 1/2 hour layover in Chicago but got to the gate 4 minutes before boarding.
A cookie and a soda, packed like sardines, will never be a positive experience. Also, boarded a 5:30 flight at 7:45pm
The flight was delayed multiple times. I had to buy a new tickets (4 tickets) for my family for a total of $5200 cnd And missed thanks giving with our family. Very very poor and disappointing service.
Terrible! Our flight was cancelled. No other nonstop flights available. Had to rent a car and drive 7 hours!
My flight was delayed more than once, but Air Canada updated us regularly. Friends on other airlines had much worse experiences.
Terrible…. Reported missing luggage’s with injectable meds that needed refrigeration. Yet, delivery could not be expedited. Luggage’s were delivered 5 days after arrival. The meds were useless as ice pack had melted. So disappointed!!!

After a long flight from Tokyo, our connecting flight home was canceled due to “maintenance” while we were on our layover in Toronto. Very frustrating to close out our honeymoon, although I’m sure others had it even worse during last week’s strike. Air Canada staff at Pearson Airport are the one thing that kept me remotely at peace during this — they were very helpful and deserve a lot of props. But I would not fly Air Canada again.
This was an excellent experience for a very short flight.
Gate changed twice, boarding late. However, there was more than usual leg room. Crew was fine. No entertainment due to computer problem.
I was treated poorly after contacting customer service, including invasive security enhancements and being waitlisted suddenly for a flight I’d bought over a month prior. I interpret this treatment as intentional.
Never got to our destination ir back because of airplane maintenance that delayed outgoing flight by five and a half hours
