There was no room in overhead bin to place our luggage despite we had tree seats. It means a lot of people had more than 1 carry on bags. When I asked a crew member to help she said that it was not her responsibility.

Short flying. The seats do not recline at all and very uncomfortable.
Flight was on time, crew were excellent. For some reason our originally selected seats were changed. We had to re-choose our seats when we checked in online and options were limited. One of our two checked bags we placed on the wrong carousel. It was only be shear luck that I saw it. That cost us 20 minutes of wasted time. So much for the “priority” tags. They are meaningless, and have been ever since they were implemented. I wish you would do the save some money and stop using them.
No access to the Wi-Fi, noisy group of people made it difficult for me to hear through my earbuds. Snacks and drinks - limited service when your seat is at the back of the plane - people up front are always served first and the back gets whatever is left. Not pleased.
Great crew, boarding and deboarding excellent. Seats too close together. The 5'8" woman seated next to me had her knees pushed into the seat in front of her. The meat was very tough in the dinner...
The ground crew in Houston were not friendly. The security staff were very rude and reflected an attitude of superiority with rude remarks.
The flight attendant was very kind and offered my son a snack for free.
We fly to Ecuador frequently. Checking in is usually a hassle because most United agents take some time before they can verify that my passport doesn't require a visa to Ecuador. This time the process was even longer due to the cyber attack. But she was really nice to us. So glad we brought plenty of snacks to supplement the 3 flights from SEA to GYE.
The plane used to go to Chicago was a bit outdated and needed a refresh
United service is way below par when compared with other airlines like JAL, ANA, or EVA on the same route especially for business class.
Check in was confusing with the kiosk at the airport. Just too vague and not enough explanation of what to do.
Flight was delayed a few times but that is just something that can happen. We were glad we had a long layover before our next flight.
As previously mentioned in last review , seats are small and uncomfortable, and baggage fees are high!
Although check in crew at the counter was helpful, gate agents were not forthcoming with delays and eventual need for overnight stay at Toronto. No voucher was issued for the delay and promised that Toronto crew will take care of us with vouchers for hotel stay, food and transportation to md from the airport. Toronto gate agents pointed to customer service who flatly refused. I will never fly Air Canada again
We got home a day late because of mechanical problems and that they wouldn’t put us on available other flights.
Our flight was delayed 6 hours and we finally got to Montreal at 9PM, instead of Houston where we were supposed to be. Several flights we could of got on and fixed our situation were nixed as they wouldn’t put us on a plane w/o our bags, but when they finally canceled our original plan they easily located and relabeled our bags. No one seemed to care.
We were turned away at the gate because our names didn't match (we used a maiden name by accident).
I needed to catch a United flight. There wasn't enough signage or help on arrival to navigate the transfer.
Wheelchair help is not reliable & chaotic. No food and minimal liquids for a flight at 6;25.
My husband has disabilities, the crew on the ground as well as in the air were so helpful, taking some of the stress from me. Thank you!
