Disappointed my flight was delayed to TO as i had a connection to make. Ran through the airport I made my flight but I initially had 1.5 hours to connect. Unnecessary stress!

Delayed delayed delayed cancelled and all we got was $60 food or beverage Embarrassing I'd say

It was fine. There were a couple of mechanical delays prior to takeoff but it was overall a quick and pleasant flight.

I can't say as it was cancelled and rerouted to Toronto. I had an unexpected 10 hour layover there. A new delay every hour, Flights overbooked. Misinformation given from registration to help desks. A long exhausting day of travel on the way home.

The plane was cramped and dirty. Not enough liquid was served to stave off dehydration.

The speaker flight attendant talked over was way too loud. Hurt my ears -had to take out hearing aids.

Air Canada is the worst airline I have ever flown. They lost my luggage, cancelled my flight, refused to pay for a hotel, charged me for business class even though they changed my flight to economy and there is no process to get someone on phone. Would not recommend Air Canada to my worst enemy.

Planes were clean. Flights on time. Boarding very smooth. Flight attendants were great.

The flight attendants were lovely - very warm and kind. Really appreciated it.
