Just kinda of a bus ride … we could do better. Delay in the flight :(
Our return trips from Lisbon to Vancouver were the worst flights I have EVER been on. Our seats from Frankfurt to Vancouver were most uncomfortable. The 'table ' was not only dirty but broken. My headrest ' support' too was broken, leaving a spot where a broken attachment poked at your head. My food was the worst food I have ever had on any flight. Staff....they all looked and acted as though they hated their jobs!! The Calgary to Vancouver wasnt much better. We had NO services even though we were told of complimentary beverages etc.. That didnt happen. I asked for window seats, assured by the ticket agent I was given a window seat...NOT. Please dont make me go on. Our trip from Vancouver TO Madrid was great......so we were most discouraged at the events of our return trip.
I can't say as it was cancelled and rerouted to Toronto. I had an unexpected 10 hour layover there. A new delay every hour, Flights overbooked. Misinformation given from registration to help desks. A long exhausting day of travel on the way home.
Well considering they didn't transfer our luggage once we arrived in Frankfurt to our Air Canada SUCKS!
Air Canada is the worst airline I have ever flown. They lost my luggage, cancelled my flight, refused to pay for a hotel, charged me for business class even though they changed my flight to economy and there is no process to get someone on phone. Would not recommend Air Canada to my worst enemy.
Planes were clean. Flights on time. Boarding very smooth. Flight attendants were great.

Our checked in luggage was not put on same plane as us in the trip to Quebec and on our return 4 days later to Toronto. At Toronto airport we were told it was at the airport and it would be 10 mins. This was not true as the i-tag in my luggage showed initially it was still in Quebec. We were made to wait 1 1/2 hours to get our luggage which it seems evident to me came on a later flight. This was despite being at airport in Quebec 2 hours before flight was due to fly out so our luggage was there very early. We were both wheelchair assisted so the wait in Toronto was especially difficult . As well as luggage issues our flight from Quebec to Toronto was cancelled and a new flight sent in the evening. We had to check out of our hotel and sit in a cafe for 3 hours until we came to airport still two hours earlier than required. This was by far the worst service I have used throughout my trips around the world
Fantastic how well crew especially at check in counter switched to English for our comfort.
It was good service. The very low economic seats where not comfortable
It was very good, good food good stuff, The toilets were a little stinky.
There is need to introduce HOME COUNTRY of Departure Meals
They gave us chocolates twice (for whoever would like an extra chocolate - kids did!). I asked for an extra water, and I was given one. Crew was very friendly!
The flight was delayed by an hour. Made the connection uncomfortably tight.
Service was bad and food they told us they only had pasta very rude
The row of seats were so cramped it was difficult to get in and out of your seat. I even upgraded. A long flight and sad accommodations 😵💫 the shorter flight was very comfortable and the seating was spacious
They delayed my flight from Toronto Pearson for one hour and Frankfurt to Abuja for 2HRS, So sad
Excellent once on board. Security staff at Johannesburg rude and aggressive.
I bought a ticket and paid for for our luggage but I had to pay for my luggage again. I’m so disappointed! We had a 30 min delay and because of that we missed our connecting flight and were told that we would be on the next flight (9am flight ) but we were landed we were booked at 12pm flight. I had a little baby w me, it was very stressful. I begged to leave at 10 am at least. I was emailed that we get a voucher but they didn’t work when we were at a breakfast store. I’ve been always happy w Lufthansa but this time was awful.
