The airplane has been replaced and late night layover have been extended from 3 to 7 and the only compensation was a $15 food voucher after most restaurants have been closed, not helping with children after a 18+ hour international flight

The crew were fabulous. The flight was bumpy and I always like the captain to tell me what that is about or my imagination gets carries away.

You was on strike and I had to get another r flight and you did not give me my money back

They went on strike before time and screwed us big time. Which is not fair. We respect their planned strike but why they went on strike ahead of time ??? Poor garbage management

Very nice comfortable spacy Airbus 321. I liked the offer of food on the Bistro menu. The idea is very good to pay and cost was low.

the seats aren't the most comfy -- too little padding and I could feel whatever the passenger behind me was doing. Otherwise, it's all good.

Just kinda of a bus ride … we could do better. Delay in the flight :(

I can't say as it was cancelled and rerouted to Toronto. I had an unexpected 10 hour layover there. A new delay every hour, Flights overbooked. Misinformation given from registration to help desks. A long exhausting day of travel on the way home.

Air Canada is the worst airline I have ever flown. They lost my luggage, cancelled my flight, refused to pay for a hotel, charged me for business class even though they changed my flight to economy and there is no process to get someone on phone. Would not recommend Air Canada to my worst enemy.

Planes were clean. Flights on time. Boarding very smooth. Flight attendants were great.
