Wonderful as usual except for other guests that were unruly and not kept in check by the Crew.
This was an overnight flight. There was no meal service in first class, just a simple snack basket was offered along with beverages. There should have been some type of continental breakfast prior to arrival in PHL. As an Executive Platinum American Airlines Advantage member, I received no name recognition from the first class flight attendant. When disembarking at PHL, the flight attendants were more interested in their cell phones than saying "thank you" to the passengers as they disembarked.
the pilot that landed this flight in Philadelphia did an amazing job, the weather was absolutely terrible and we landed safely.
The flight was just perfect! We left a few minutes early, had a smooth flight and fortunately had landed before the terrible accident that took off from North Philadelphia airport shortly thereafter.
Staff at the gate were incredibly rude, hostile and threatening. Never fly American Airlines.

My seat was wonky...hard and not much padding. I sat next to the Jumpseat for the flight attendant. Thoroughly enjoyed not have a third seat in that row! Flight attendants were amazing. I couldn't answer the "food quality" question as there is no food served on my short flight. I commend the pilot as I know it was super gusty when we landed. Thanks
I think I paid for an extra legroom seat and to be honest, there was not a lot of space available for my not very long legs. The flight was totally full and the staff did everything possible to meet the needs of all passengers. My only concern was for the size and spacing of my seat.
Flight was on time Crew was not. very friendly I paid for premium class and It wasn’t too much different from coach
I chatted with the captain before the flight, and similarly during the welcome announcement, he warned of a turbulent flight that may impact the in-flight service. However, once at altitude, he announced that the weather changed and he immediately turned off the seatbelt sign. But it appeared the cabin crew had already decided to take off this flight. They remained seated and then just chatted in the galley. The flight was fully catered, but only first class received service.
Just kinda of a bus ride … we could do better. Delay in the flight :(
Terrible. Flight was delayed for hours and we ended up arriving at our home at 4am after 20+ hours flying.
Flight was cancelled around 45 -1hr minutes before scheduled take off time due to mechanical issues we hadn’t even boarded yet. Had to reroute to Orlando so someone had to drive 2 1/2 to come and get me… the alternative was go through Toronto and get a later flight which didn’t work for my schedule. The flight attendants barely gave anyone a smile…not the same as flying when a client/passenger was important. Very disappointed. By the way I have never ever made a complaint online about any company with feedback…even when I probably should have. The only good experience was the boarding desk associates who were very professional and got me on another flight with my checked bags…very nice team.
Actually as my experience with air Canada from Canada to Newark it was crazy for me because it was a lot of delays which for me it shouldn’t be like that, but I was able to coup with it so that was my experience I hope next time they will do good on that thanks.
I can't say as it was cancelled and rerouted to Toronto. I had an unexpected 10 hour layover there. A new delay every hour, Flights overbooked. Misinformation given from registration to help desks. A long exhausting day of travel on the way home.
Mixed experienced. Nice staff. Spacious 787 better than cramped Airbus, though my seat was broken. The bad: Way overpriced ticket and charged for food despite 6 hr flight.

If you want your flight to get delayed constantly for 13+ hours and given a 10 dollar food voucher the. I would say take air canada. Worst experience ever.
Air Canada is the worst airline I have ever flown. They lost my luggage, cancelled my flight, refused to pay for a hotel, charged me for business class even though they changed my flight to economy and there is no process to get someone on phone. Would not recommend Air Canada to my worst enemy.
Planes were clean. Flights on time. Boarding very smooth. Flight attendants were great.
