Cons: "Don’t overbook trafficking of flights, I barely made my connection. My colleague missed this same flight last week and had to spend the night in Zürich. I hope this is not a trend because I will not fly Swiss anymore, as I can not have lost evenings due to flight delays."

Cons: "To my shock, my boarding pass while scanning to enter the aircraft was rejected with wild flashing red lights saying my trip was cancelled. Someone else was given my emergency row seat, booked and confirmed 24 hours ahead. It was a full flight but I got a middle seat and continued my long journey home from Kenya"

Cons: "I was asked to check my carry-on. I have used this carry-on more than 50x without an issue. I have even put it in the smaller compartments on smaller Bombardier jets. I don't have an issue with being asked to check luggage, but I resent being asked when others are allowed to take their carry-on onto to the plane without issue. Right in front of me while I was waiting for a baggage tag, others were being checked in with carry-on equal to mine and allowed to take it onto the plane. I can only surmise that my ticket limited me to one bag onto the plane, although they would not tell me this. This was not clear when I booked the ticket nor when I checked in on-line. I had a 40 minute connection in Zurich so was very concerned that my luggage would not make it. Luckily, it did make it to my next stop. Swiss Air seems to have different restrictions than other airlines which I have encountered before. I take ownership that I should be aware of a tickets restrictions but this was a multi-leg trip (5). However, I will tend to avoid Swiss air in the future, to avoid having to research their unique restrictions."

Pros: "After having read Swiss Airline reviews I was prepared for a difficult and uncomfortable trip from BOS to ZUR. I was pleasantly surprised to the kindness and comfort I found in the economy class of Swiss Airline. Bags were checked in, flight was timely and legroom was satisfactory. I would highly recommended Swiss Airline due to my overall experience."

I felt bad for the man in front of me, with my knees in his back. That is, until he reclined his seat and put my video screen in my face. Not much to watch anyway, but it was impossible to lean forward at all. Boarding at JFK was rather chaotic."

Cons: "screaming and kicking child behind my seat, with no way to "escape". I had a severe cold and that was certainly not something I needed, I tried to get some rest, but that was impossible. The seats are getting smaller and smaller, hardly any legroom whatsoever. Also, what I had planned on bringing on the aircraft as carry on (which was my work equipment, tablet/printer etc), I had to check in as luggage because it was "overweight" meaning more than 8 kg and pay ADDITIONAL $200 (in addition to the $100 I already paid for one suitcase). I've seen many passengers with "heavy" carry on, which they were apparently allowed to bring into the cabin without any problems. I had never had to pay for any carry on, and I am seriously considering using another airline for future business travel."

Then insisted I check a bag that did not need to be checked. Then the food was inedible. Flight happened to be late so I missed my connection, and they offered some more misinformation in that regard; There were of course human beings (staff) to deal with, but they had been reduced by Lufthansa's rules and systems so they were just robots, repeating over and over again inflexible policies. I had plenty of time. As soon as got of the train I got into line to check my luggage. I had boarding pass already. Line to check luggage was huge with 2-3 clerks to check luggage for all US flights. After while I complained that I will miss flight to several clerk who were standing around talking on the phones all the time but answer, if I got one was, sir you will be fine. After one hour I got to security check line which was equally long. I complained again no response. With probably 20 minutes left I cut the line on my one mad as hell. I got at 10:00 am at the gate and some older lady was like " Sorry sir we closed the flight". I said "What do you mean, it is 10 am and flight is at 10:05am??? "Sir we sold your ticket" I couldn't believe her words. Anyway they sent me to Munich to catch flight to LA next day. Best part I HAD TO PAY HOTEL IN MUNICH BECAUSE LUFTHANSA DID WANT TO COVER EXPENSES. I don't know what happened to famous German organizational skills or this is just Lufthansa and her careless employees."

Cons: "11 hours of crying babies was too much. The practice of placing 4 cribs together on the bulkhead encouraged one baby to set the others off screaming. The toddler siblings then started fussing, the parents were then jumping up and down, jostling the other passengers, it was a nightmare! Hated every minute of it."

Cons: "On March 18, 2018 Joanne, Kevin, and Allison Sheridan were booked to go from SYD to YYJ and only Kevin took off. We went to the airport and my daughter Allison was too anxious to get on as she had to leave her father behind. After she calmed down we went to get on the flight and the lady at the check in, (Onwsha) said it was too late and we could leave the next day. She changed my tickets on the computer and said if we came on Monday, March 19th there wouldn't be a charge but if it was any other date it would be $150.00 per ticket/person. When I arrived to check in on March 19th I was charged the $300. I spoke to Sharon Smith who was with Air Canada Customer Service Coordinator and I explained I was told something different by the customer agent. I told her if I knew that and I was told by Onwsha I would have went on the flight on March 18th but would not have checked the bags and just taken carry on luggage as my husband was still at the airport and he could bring them when he came over. Sharon Smith said there was nothing she could do and we had to pay the $300.00. It really has left a bad taste for me with Air Canada especially how many seats were spare and I was told something different from Onwsha. Thank you for your time. Pros: "I really like how friendly the flight staff was. The women and men were always smiling and courteous! They loaded the plane quickly and easily all while being helpful and smiling. On my flight from Moncton to Montreal I needed several vomit bags just in case some of my cousins wedding drinks wanted to come up. The stewardess quickly grabbed several for me and was very kind. Luckily nothing came up and I felt great at the end of the flight!"
Cons: "I don't fly as often as used to, but I've noticed that flight services have definitely gone down hill. Flying Air Canada was refreshing, so I don't have anything negative to say except I really wish I'd won tickets for my family and I back to Canada on Air Canada, hahaha!"

Cons: "I was stuck up against the back galley with no armrest on the aisle but that was only the beginning when the guy in front reclined his seat the seat back it was dangerously close to my head. In the event of turbulence it would have been easy to sustain a massive blow to the head from the seat in front of me during a whiplash type motion. The person that approved this seating arrangement should be terminated."

Cons: "I was held aside at the customs area and had a difficult time figuring out what was going on. Signage was less than helpful, and staff were unaware of why I was being held. After over 30 minutes during which the gate staff could only tell me to wait and watch for my initials on the electronic board, the staff learned that some bags on my arrival flight had been accidentally diverted to Canadian customs rather than US customs, and passengers could not proceed to connecting flights until our bags were located. The customer service staff then worked very hard on our problem. I was instructed to re-book my flight, since by now the doors were about to close - but that customer service person could not re-book me, and I had to queue up again for another agent. When I got to the desk, that agent was able to get me approved to board my flight sans bag, ran me to the front of the Immigration line, and got me to my gate in time to board. I deeply appreciate her assistance, as my family was already on the plane."

Cons: "I am not a large person, 5'4, size 8. I was uncomfortably cramped in my seat. How do they expect normal sized humans to fit here??"

Left 20 minutes late due to 14 people stuck in those lines. Airplane sat 1 hour and 15 minutes on tarmac at Laguardia waiting for a gate. We were behind other planes waiting for a gate too. Once out of plane, tough time getting up to the terminal as the terminal was so crowded. Will avoid Air Canada and Laguardia like the plague."

Cons: "Even though we checked in early, and had a three hour layover, they managed to delay our bags. It will be also 36 hours until we have them."

Cons: "Flight was delayed for hours first without any communication, later with very unclear communication. Spent multiple hours at the airport just to have to fly out next morning at 6:30am. Wasted day, wasted night. Delays can happen, but according to the finally communicated cause this could all have been communicated early on (crew not available in Cleveland, that was two flight legs earlier)."

Cons: "Cons: They moved the gate THREE times! We had to walk all over the airport because they were so unorganized. The seats were VERY uncomfortable. It was difficult to sit for even a few hours. There are no snacks unless you pay. The entertainment touch screen is of poor quality."

Cons: "Everything went wrong. The flight arrived 40 minutes late and I missed my connecting flight because they closed the gate before I could get there. As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections."

Flight took 2.5 hours and the Fog cleared long before we landed so there was no need to wait 1 hour in the airplane where we had NO leg space at all. As compensation they could at leased given us coffee for free and not have to buy for a bloody expensive high price."

One flight attendent got upset or acted a little nasty because I asked her for another custom border slip. She said was going to bring one but I guess she forgot and an atleast 30 minutes to an hour went by till I asked her again and she got nasty. The same lady along with the other flight attendants snatched trash out peoples hands like they were diseased...and they had gloves on. When it came to entertainment they didnt have much variety. Unless the price for the flight is dirt cheap or below average I would choose to fly with them again other than that I'll go to another"

Cons: "I tried for numerous days before the flight to buy a piece of baggage online and I kept getting tossed back and forth between Expedia and Brussels Airlines. In the end, I wasn't able to purchase it ahead of time and we had to pay $49 at the airport. I feel entitled to a reimbursement of the difference between the booking online price of $15 and the $49 I paid."

Cons: "We got stuck on the plane for an additional 5 hours before take off because of the smallest amount of snow. Even knowing how much extra time they did not load any extra food on the plane. We finally took off only to be rerouted to Lome instead of Accra which took an additional 2 hours. The whole thing took an extra 7 hours. From 11am to 12:55 pm we were provided only 1 meal and ice cream. The staff were not apologetic at all, they said if we wanted to be mad at someone it should be the weather... They should probably go back to customer service school."

Everyone was expected to do it at the Brussels airport. This would be fine if they had a sign up explaining what to do, or even a basic queue set up. There were passengers for 3 flights mobbed around the check point in front of our gate with nothing resembling a line. Everyone was completely confused and crawling over each other. Add that to our delayed landing that put us on the tarmac, forcing us back through security and a huge walk away from the gate... We very nearly missed our flight! Please please please figure out a way to communicate to your passengers and get people into a proper queue!!!"
