When flying premium on a two our flight a light lunch would have been nice considering the price you pay. A Kit Kat bar and bag of chips is rather cheap service.
The only thing I can't give good or really good is the fact that we didn't have food ,just a packet of pretzels or cookies which is normal,and ofcourse there isn't any entertainment. I've always flowen WestJet ..I really like the airlines..this plane was smaller one ,pretty tight seating.
Again, flight was late. It’s expected of this airline now i guess.
Counter representative refused to check my luggage despite paying for it in advance
When I purchased the flights I included the luggage, the luggage was not added and got charged the full price anyway. Had to pay for the luggage at check in. Initial flight was delayed, we missed our 9am connection (flew with my wife), then the airline rebooks us to the next flights, putting my wife in at 1.40pm and me at 4pm, what a crazy wait time. We managed to fix it with customer service and they put me in the 1:40pm flight too, but they left my baggage behind in the 4pm flight. When arrived to my destination, of course no luggage. It was delivered to the address thankfully late at night. The experience sucked.
There is no snack and nit much that would be considered gluten free in yiur food selections. One of your snacks should be a gluten free cookie or small bar etc. maybe it was me but I didn’t see any free movies just internet connection and YouTube .
What do you expect from a Dash 8 plane? No seats really comfortable.
Delayed 8 hours, This is the 2nd time in a month that my flight was not on time.
The snacks could have been better, and maybe some warm drinks instead of just water cause it was very very cold.
The experience was good just the upcharge of over a hundred dollars was not cool.
You was on strike and I had to get another r flight and you did not give me my money back
I n the Toronto airport I had trouble finding my zone. It was 47. I went from Zone 1 to the end of the line.didn't find it. Then saw my zone somewhat by accident over by where you first come in. Signs could be more helpful or more personnel directing people like me.
the seats aren't the most comfy -- too little padding and I could feel whatever the passenger behind me was doing. Otherwise, it's all good.
Just kinda of a bus ride … we could do better. Delay in the flight :(
Short delay to Regina from Toronto. No in flight entertainment, but crew were professional in their duties
I can't say as it was cancelled and rerouted to Toronto. I had an unexpected 10 hour layover there. A new delay every hour, Flights overbooked. Misinformation given from registration to help desks. A long exhausting day of travel on the way home.
Very friendly staff. Good seats on a quick flight. Right on time.
Everything related to this flight except the flight time could have been better. This is not the first though that Rouge has disappointed with poor show! Bad crew adds to the agony! Cant help it because of lack of options from YXE!
Air Canada is the worst airline I have ever flown. They lost my luggage, cancelled my flight, refused to pay for a hotel, charged me for business class even though they changed my flight to economy and there is no process to get someone on phone. Would not recommend Air Canada to my worst enemy.
Planes were clean. Flights on time. Boarding very smooth. Flight attendants were great.
