Waited at airport from 10 am till 4 pm and no flight due to fog. Ugh.
The only thing I can't give good or really good is the fact that we didn't have food ,just a packet of pretzels or cookies which is normal,and ofcourse there isn't any entertainment. I've always flowen WestJet ..I really like the airlines..this plane was smaller one ,pretty tight seating.
What do you expect from a Dash 8 plane? No seats really comfortable.
The snacks could have been better, and maybe some warm drinks instead of just water cause it was very very cold.
Our flight was delayed for almost 2 hours resulting in a rush to connect to our next flight
Premium class - the food could have been much better such as a veggie tray or fruit tray or cheese & crackers.
Your questions don’t quite make sense. There was no food service as far as I know. Short 2 hour flight. Nice crew. On time. Older plane that looks to be ready for a tuneup. Sagging, stretched pockets etc. No entertainment system, screens etc, which makes sense on a short flight. Seat etc at the low end of the comfort zone which I’m sure you already know. Totally okay for a short flight. Sure would not to take a longer flight in the plane though.

How long ,and having to fly west of Regina to Edmonton , then fly over Regina to Toronto 👎, then to puerto plata !! Same on way home, puerto plata to Toronto then fly over Regina to Calgary👎. Then back to Regina !
Miss the tv at least showing the map as one travels.
Flight was oversold. Seats assigned to multiple passengers. Delay 1 hour to sort out.
They went on strike before time and screwed us big time. Which is not fair. We respect their planned strike but why they went on strike ahead of time ??? Poor garbage management
Lack of WC assistance when returning to Toronto and my 92 year old aunt needed. To walk a fair distance with great difficulty to get to the exit and taxis. We were left without assistance after departing from the airport wagon.
Very nice comfortable spacy Airbus 321. I liked the offer of food on the Bistro menu. The idea is very good to pay and cost was low.
I used to enjoy the travelling experience, but no more. We pay more and get much less. No air travel for me on the near future.
Easy airport. Luggage was late coming in but was handled quickly by excellent and helpful folks at Lost Luggage who got my luggage to me by 7 am the next morning! Bravo!
No place to chrge devices and no in flight entertainment
Delayed 1.5 hours. 1 hour due to plane late from Montreal and 30 min due to lightning storm. Seating OK. Entertainment modern.
We book an Air Canada flight but "got Rouged". Lengthy delays and 5 gate changes in a couple of hours. Cabin cramped, very little room in overheads. Food tasted stale. Generally awful except courteous and capable crew. Avoid Rouge like the plague.
Meal I purchased was disgusting. Fruit was spoiled and could not eat it.
