Paid for Air Canada but got Rouge - no entertainment no chargers
Every Air Canada trip I took from my international muti-city flights were disappointing. The taste of the food the menu and portion was mediocre, flight attendants were not polite, but the worst of part was that flights were delayed every single time. I'm not flying Air Canada ever again. Worst airline I've experienced.
I was late to board the flight. The crew were very accommodating. Very caring.
Transfer is horrible , and lost my luggage , for 3 days , they told will delivered today and never did , Just laying, they are pure layers

Pros: "Easy online check in and was able to pay for baggage at the same time. Staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable flight and decent food. A little late taking off but we still arrived at our destination on time."
Cons: "Cancelled one flight, then delayed another one because they were waiting for a pilot. They offered very little help, citing that they couldn’t control the weather, meanwhile WestJet is finding & paying for rooms, shuttle buses and taxis to make the delay more tolerable and less stressful. We could only watch and wish we were flying WestJet."

Pros: "I love the new Boeing 787 planes! This was the smoothest flight ever, both from Vancouver to Tokyo and back again. The new planes have the dimmable windows, which are so cool! And, each seat has it's own screen with free movies, TV, flight info, etc. Also, the flights were on time!"

Pros: "The crew were really friendly and efficient, boarding was fast and easy. (There was a delayed start that wasn't communicated to us) I like that the new audio system the way that it is in front of you so that you can't accidentally unplug your audio or someone else's! There weren't very many interruptions throughout the flight and the staff came quickly when called. Thank you!"
Cons: "The system was easy to use and visually appealing but I found the selection strange; very few movies and many of the same type and the way that episodes of shows are selected, ie half way through a season? The seats were comfortable but a bit small so rubbing against a stranger's arm for 5 hours wasn't the best, but I suppose it was a good deal for economy seats!"

Cons: "cost of luggage fees. You collect excessive fees for luggage and when you loose the luggage or it arrives on a later flight you should refund the fee. I was on a hunting trip and my firearm didn't come in on my flight necessitating my rebooking a later flight. You didn't mind collecting an extra $100 to handle the gun case but you didn't deliver on your end. I will never fly to Canada again on Air Canada."

Pros: "I am glad to have this opportunity to express what I was thinking when I got off the plane on Sunday. That was one of the best flights I have ever had. The flight was so smooth, take off, during flight and landing. Koodoo sto our captin! Also, I noticed the sir quality was great. I'm didn't feel dry or irritated by the sir as can sometimes happen. The crew were pleasant and I liked my seat. Hope the flight back is as enjoyable."

Cons: "Both my flights (there and back) were delayed, my luggage was lost after I was asked to volunteer to check it in and on the delay (YYC to YUL), I wasn't even given a food voucher after being made to wait 8h in the airport. This was AFTER the crew promised they would hold the other flights (also operated by AC)"
Pros: "The crew in the flight from Rome were marvelous. I was sick during the flight and they were helpful"
Cons: "The flight was horribly delayed and my plans and onwards transit was seriously affected. I missed my connecting flight from Toronto to New York and as a result, my plans to proceed to Boston was destroyed. When I spoke to the agent in Toronto, to route me to Boston, she told me that Air Canada's contract with me is to a place and not necessarily at a particular time. That was unbelievable. I arrived New York stranded, at 1:30pm, with no ability to continue to Boston. I had to spend so much money to get me to Boston. It was a horribly long day. Over 25 hours on the road, counting when I arrived Rome airport and when I finally got home."

Cons: "This was the worse travel experience I have ever had. The crew was rude and gave wrong information that caused me to almost miss my flight. My ticket in the end ending costing me over $600 for all the additional charges. It was ridiculous. Among other things. I will never fly with them again."
Pros: "I'm happy the flight did continue and I arrived late but not cancelled. I have had numerous bad experiences with AC in last couple years with cancellations, being bumped, flight changes - you name it. A mechanically sound plane is worth the wait"
Cons: "Arriving to the airport thinking flight is 30 delayed only to have been dropped off and then find out I have a 2 hour delay. I live 3 minutes from the airport and then I have to sit in airport for 2 extra hours."

Pros: "The process from start to finish was very well coordinated. Crew kept passengers informed of situation as they arises due to matters beyond their control while maintaining the integrity of Air Canada."
Cons: "No snack at all, not even a package of cookies, pretzels or nuts. Sad! Where is all the money they are raking in with low fuel costs? Shouldn't some of it go back to the customer?"
