Delay, after delay, after delay. It was hard as an adult travelling alone. I felt bad for the families with young children to entertain for several hours. Agents and crew performed to their usual good standard. Air Canada, never again.

Lovely flight.....only cold drinks and no more complimentary cookies!

It was good. Short flight and the crew were well organized. I find the seats a little close together. I am tall so more leg room would always be welcome.

Would like whole can of pop for 2. Treats were not great . The garlic pretzels were terrible for someone who can't eat garlic. Passenger was 84.

I found check in difficult because I could only pull up one passenger. I got help.

Everything was great, clean plane and washrooms. Flight was on time, excellent boarding process

Seats were comfortable, flights boarded easily, arrived early in Toronto and on time in Nassau

Had to wait to clean snow at end of ramp.

I needed special assistance and all staff members, from check in to boarding and also disembarking were extremely helpful. The seats were reasonably comfortable.

Air Canada service was very poor. Delays, cancelations, ground agents overwhelmed and uninformed.. very mismanaged when having challenges
