My flight was great but my inbound flight from Toronto to Sault st Marir delayed more than 2 hours and we had to change the airoplan.

Treating guests with respect when they are having issues. Myself and another guest were expected to climb over someone who had a disability and was clearly not well. There was no assistance. Also when the lady beside me asked to see if there was a possibility to get off the plane as soon as they were able because her husband is having emergency surgery the flight attendant’s response was so rude and dismissive.
5 delays to departure. Finally left 2 hours after scheduled time. Further issues with “paperwork” when we were ready to push away from the gate. Air Canada has a real problem with flights between Montreal and Toronto over the last 24 months. Of my 12 flights, 8 have been delayed or cancelled. With no compensation. I now drive between Toronto and Montreal whenever I can. At least I know I will get there when I planned to.
my flight from Toronto to Chicago was horrible. we tried to land 3 times, couldn't. they went to Milwaukee & sat on the plane/runway for another 1.5 hours. then they flew us back to Toronto. we had to stay overnight. the communication was bad. just told us to wait for an email update. no credit, no voucher for my additional night in a hotel. nothing. I will not fly air Canada again.
It was a full flight and it went smoothly. I sleep most of the flight and I did not buy any food. Landing was perfect and the luggage came out in a reasonable time.
My bag didn’t follow me as it was supposed to leaving me without my bag for the first 12 hours of my 3 day trip. My bag got broken during this time.
I supposed to have a wheel chair waiting to take me to the luggage carousel. Didn’t happen so I had to walk up the walkway with my cane. I lost my balance and broke my little toe on my right foot, which means that I’m hobbling around with a very painful left leg and a very painful toe on my right foot. It was a nightmare.
It would still be nice to have a complimentary snack on a flight of 3+ hours
We were in business class and service was very minimal. Air canada needs to train staff on making announcements it was terrible.
No food provided and the tickets are expensive. At least provide a snack, it is a 4.5 hr flights for 600 dollars. Snack would be welcomed.
Food selection is very poor and sears are very uncomfortable.
Flight was 3 hrs late and another 2 hrs wait for baggage to arrive on carousel and a $7.00 food voucher that arrived as we were boarding our flight.
Seat rows so close together no one dares to put their seats back. Knees pressed against the seat in front, had to find a position putting my legs under the seat in front. But for 6 hours keeping that one position was ridiculous. All savings on the purchase price are taken back through charge backs for luggage $200 each way, Seat selection $44 per seat or you are seated by a computer randomly. Wife sat 5 rows away. Would avoid Flair in the future
The flight was safe (priority). Everything else is low-cost: too hard, delays, mediocre boarding, cost for carry-on and checked luggage.
Flair flight was 4 hours late due to not having a crew and the plane was filthy. Just water service Terrible experience flight 1513

Can't be happy with a 5 hour delay. Only given $10 voucher for food and still EVERYTHING was an upcharge during the flight.
TThe first time I have ever flown with flare and both ways sucked
There was no entertainment There was no food or beverage service , not even a glass of water The plane door could not be opened upon arrival
I try to buy water the cabin crews told me I had to wait for them to come around with the trolley I waited over 2 hours !!!!! Literally 2 hours I was so thirsty .
