Having a lot of delayed flights on West Jet, however things always work out. So no complaints.
Check in was seamless , crew very polite , arrived on time!
Nothing special. Unacceptable wait for baggage on arriving in Calgary
Seats can use more cushioning, it felt very hard. The snack option could be better
Over all good. I had some issues with trying to buy my seat. The Westjet system kept trying to charge my credit card, without getting the seat. In the end after 5 times being charged, I got my seat.
I did not have a meal or entertainment, but flight was comfortable, beverage service was quick, crew was very helpful and pleasant. And a very smooth flight overall.
WestJet does make an effort to make the flying experience enjoyable. While I could have saved some money by choosing a different airline; I was able to fly directly, and with minimal hold-over. The extra $150 was well worth it
Westjet cancelled the flight and I had to show up at the airport to rebook it, losing 2 days of my vacation, and no compensation, a crappy itinerary with no extra legroom which we paid for, no ability to use the lounge passes we paid for - basically a crappy experience. Not a reliable airline if you have a big trip planned.
No major issues with WestJet. Unfortunately, on the segment YYC to IAH the entertainment system was down.
Airline did not explain reasons why flight was delayed two hours. Explanations were badly needed and rarely provided. Problem seemed to clearly be the airline’s fault and not the fault of the weather or airport.
Very uncomfortable seats and seat backs, and I am only 5’9”. Delayed due to crew issues, spent a long time with no ventilation. Teeny overhead bins. Wifi worked well. Arrived safely.
I was delighted that we were able to get on the 4:40 pm flight rather than our original booking at 6:55 pm!! Other than that, the flight was comfortable and landed early😊
More storage space and leg room, but all-in-all a wonderful experience.
Our flight was delayed many times throughout the day. The final delay was about 8 hours. I spent time in line to speak to someone at their understaffed desk, and also spent time waiting online and then chatting with a service rep. None of the United employees were any help at all. I desperately wanted to go get rest and possibly re-book my trip but I was denied any compensation or voucher for a hotel. I was repeatedly told it was not United's fault and therefore they had no compensation to offer. Overall, a cold and callous experience.
Paid WiFi was only available for a few minutes. Avoid at all costs.

Flight crew and pilots did great. Flight way delayed due to a part needing replacement. Based on what the pilot indicated- the maintenance crew could’ve resolved this more efficiently than replacing whole part- and taken less time
Pretty turbulent, but not anyone’s fault. They got us there. Impressed that they carried on with a drink service.
Please please take consideration when setting cabin temperature. The vents were not functional and it was over 70 degrees in the cabin during the winter months when most people are used to much cooler indoor temperatures. I was down to my white t-shirt and the sweat pants I wore from Auckland to San Francisco and was sweating profusely and there was NO VENT!
On the flight back from SFO to Vancouver ..the crew was less than professional. They completely missed asking if I wanted a drink (and I was awake at all times) and I had to walk to the back of the plane to ask for a cup of water to take with my medication. Also, there was a charge for ear adapters for the movie screen which were given out free on the flight from Vancouver to SFO. The flight from Vancouver to SFO had pleasant crew members. What a difference in the flight back.
My Flight from Toronto to San Francisco was really DELAYED for more than 3Hrs
Affordable & comfortable. Not sure why a party of two I booked at the same time got seated separately.

It was so bumpy most of the time I got nauseated looking for the famous bag ! Never ever experienced this before Not sure if it was the seat location or the smaller plane but very unpleasant flight
Pretty much as good as an economy flight experience can get
45 minute delay take off. Entertainment system froze half through the flight.
Could not hear the announcements at the gate when boarding. Not loud enough.
Super Friendly staff! Airport boarding was a bit confusing as they didn’t really make it clear what zones were boarding.
