Pros: Entertainment was good

Cons: The flight was delayed over an hour and then after landing baggage took a long time to come in. There were a lot of people gathered by the time baggage arrived and caused chaos.

Pros: Crew was amazing.

Cons: Food was terrible. Paid for first class, expected something better than coach. Our food choice was a ham sandwich, there were better choices but the crew took them for themselves so nothing left for the 1st class passengers. Similar situation on our eastbound flight the week earlier. I doubt if Delta knows or cares that this occurs. After paying more than twice the coach fare, we expect something better than a ham sandwich on a coast to coast flight.

Pros: Good seats. Crew was not very hospitable. They went by with water and didn’t give us any. We upgraded for the complementary cocktails and my husband didn’t even get a chance to get one.

Cons: More attention especially for the upgraded seats that offer complementary things. We got better service in our economy seats on the way to LA. I wouldn’t pay extra to upgrade again.

Cons: No option to watch movies

Cons: Muy mal servicio, no dieron ni agua solo galletas vencidas ni una bebida, muy mala experiencia no recomiendo viajar en UNITED

Pros: Made up time on delayed flight. Friendly, efficient and helpful.

Cons: The United Boarding Agent repeatedly warned about the "SMALL" carry on compartments on the CJR aircraft and literally insisted we tag our carry ons to be set aside on boarding even though we knew they fitted OK. AS A RESULT when we got to Calgary we had to wait at the over size luggage racks for our carry ons to be delivered instead of them being set up for us as we left the aircraft which is normal!! Very frustrating!!

Pros: Crew was excellent seat was as usual

Cons: Check-In was hard!! The APP was the Only way to go and worked great. The website froze on me multiple times. I either couldn't click "continue" Or the website itself froze on my screen.

Pros: The legroom we paid for.

Cons: This time the attendant still wouldn’t let anyone in rows 2 & 3 place the carry on they had paid extra for in the overhead bins, but she didn’t make me put it under the seat in front of me (this losing the extra leg room we paid for), so I put it in a bin behind me. The plane was late, but the pilot made up most of the time, but then it took 55 minutes to get our luggage.

Cons: Plane was many hours late. Departure time not on terminal screen. Extreeeme delay on shuttle from United terminal. Sidewalk closed for construction. TSA Prechk not on boarding pass printout. No shuttle behind security from Term B to Term A. Plane left earlier than announced on notification apps. DCA website=6:25pm Final call at 5:47pm only word DELAY on term screen with 4:10time.

Cons: Need more room. Not enough space. Tv was glitchy and didnt work properly . seat uncomfortable

Cons: This is my first time that I travel to US form dec 18 and have to pay for luggage. I can understand if that’s a company policie, but maybe I can flight in another airline that’s doesn’t have any variable fees.

Pros: The flight attendants were the best!

Cons: Even though there were 4 seats across, the rows were too close together and there was absolutely no space at the back by the toilet. The last 3 overhead bins were non-existent for passengers (being taken up with flight equipment). Extremely uncomfortable plane!

Cons: The plane clearly had not been cleaned, not even superficially. There were stains and crumbs on the tray, there was garbage in the small seat pocket and the seat was damp. Very unpleasant.

Cons: Alaska canceled the reservation with zero notification because they had a problem with the payment.

Pros: Crew were very pleasant. Flight was on schedule.

Cons: The inflight system was hard to use. The rented iPads had to be given back almost an hour before the end of the flight.

Pros: Cabin crew was great. Was told they don’t feel they can do a good job of serving 48 passengers in Premium Select with 2 crew.

Cons: Image recognition step slowed boarding down a lot. Food and amenities on Delta Premium Select seem to be getting worse

Pros: The crew was awesome! The steward was engaging and made us all laugh and feel comfortable for a short flight when he didn’t have to. He had a great sense of humor and gave the kids cookies and wings. Something I haven’t seen in many years. He and the pilots were great!

Cons: We were 3 hours late taking of so I missed my connecting flight. The staff are summer staff so know how to do very little. We got poor advice on changing flights, interminable slow to hey through to west jet themselves. The manager at the airport hid away until 15 minutes before boarding the late flight when he was due to come out with food vouchers, the catch, you had to leave and go back out through security to use them. Seriously, who would do that 15 minutes before boarding? And then my bag didn't arrive. ...

Cons: wheelchair accessible service was poor with at least 8 of us waiting for 1 attendant at one time. Two waited more that 2 hours. I waited for about one hour

Cons: This was a red-eye from Costa Rica to Chicago. I sat in the very back row, so I really felt the turbulence back there. But I had no chance of sleeping through it because my seat would not lean back; in fact it was so far upright that I was almost leaning forward. I can normally sleep on any flight but this was like sitting in a tiny cage designed to prevent me from finding any remotely comfortable position or getting any rest at all. They should not be allowed to sell a seat like this.

Cons: Put on stand-by despite booking flight months ahead of time, just because we did not check in 24 hours ahead of time.

Pros: I had to run to the gate and was really thirsty on the plane. I asked for a bottle of water or something, and the flight attendant that said "we don't have bottled water. Sit down and your drink will be with you shortly."

Cons: Be more responsive to customers. By being responsive you can help the flight become more enjoyable.
