Cons: "They were careless with our suitcases. When we got to Vancouver, we were missing wheels on our suitcases. 2 wheels on my husband's and 1 on mine. It made it horrible to pull the suitcases."
Cons: "For an hour long flight, it seemed like enough time to serve more than just 4 choices; 1 beer, 1 wine, juice or water. I’ve been on flights that were 45 minutes and served an entire meal. Of course, what they do is still great and I am very grateful."

Pros: "Flew in premium economy - relatively comfortable. They had really good cheeseburgers for sale. The flight attendants were all professional. Had a special captain who came out of the cockpit to speak to the passengers over the intercomm. He was funny, personable and helped get the flight off on the right foot. I have about 350,000 miles with Alaska and about twice that number on other airlines. This was the first time I ever experienced such a personable interaction from a pilot. Flight attendants can be entertaining but pilots usually are too serious to make the passengers happy to be on board."

Cons: "When we make the reservation, WE TELL YOU that we have two kids ages 3 and 5 travelling with us. WHY DOES YOUR SYSTEM BREAK US UP INTO 3+ GROUPS? It just ends up in more work for your gate agents to put us together as well as you can before the flight. This happened on the flight out and the flight back. Also, on the flight back the agent and crew had to bump people who had already established themselves in their assigned seats in order to fit us in in a sane way. Also, don't make us download a sketchy app to view in-flight entertainment. There are ways to deliver entertainment that don't require installation of software for just a flight. Not that it matters to us, because entertainment wasn't available on the flight to cabo."
Pros: "Had to pay for wifi (which I didn't) but movies were free and halal texted for free even though I dont know if it actually worked because I didn't get a response"

The flight back from Cabo was excellent however the flight from LAX was terrible. I was happy by accident to get to LAX 4 hours,early. It took almost all 4 hours. I dont think I will fly with Delta out of LAX anytime soon.

Cons: "7-hour flight delay. If this was a European flight we would have been entitled to at least $250 for our inconvenience. We were not offered anything to compensate us for a 7hour delay, which was ridiculous."

Pros: "I was very impressed with the flight attendants. They were very pleasant & very attentive to the guests. The premium seats were very comfortable. The only disappointment was the chicken dinner but the ice cream dessert & refreshments were wonderful."

Flight attendants at times seem like strict teachers - so it was nice to smile and laugh - especially now with such fear of flying due to COVID-19"

Cons: "Westjet planes operating on the London-Vancouver route have no screens at the back of the seats. The entertainment system provided over wifi is impossible to connect (spent almost 2 hours trying until giving up) and internet is not free too. There is only paid food on this flight (~ $15 / meal)."
Pros: "The crew was polite, even with the numerous delays. Other than that, the multiple delays (3; 8:30 -> 11:30, 11:30 -> 13:05, 13:05 -> 15:30) rubbed me the wrong way and lessened my experience with West Jet. Kayak was very responsive and reliable on their end."

Cons: "This is insulting. I watched my flight pull off from the gate and was then asked to stay at a Holiday Inn. I spent thousands of dollars on my flight, then was forced to spend another $950 on a hotel, food, etc. I was supposed to be home 5 hours ago and still haven’t taken off."

Cons: "The staff at the gate for the flight to Detroit sent us back to get our immigration forms without giving us our boarding passes. This forced us to miss our connecting flight to Detroit and delay our arrival by 7 hours. Awful experience."
Less Layovers needed for connecting flights. 12 hours 40 minutes layover in London was too long, it adds to the fatigue in longer flights.
Overall a good service for the price offered, however extra security check at Heathrow is poorly managed and greatly understaffed creating unnecessary long lines.
The flight didn’t go to Florence, it went to Pisa, for no discernible reason. The crew said it was because of windy conditions in Florence, but when we finally got to Florence (by bus) the weather was beautiful. I don’t know what was going on, but it was areal disservice to passengers. The crew, on the other hand, were all great.

Pros: "Bas crew service since economy. All the time i see bottle of water and when i ask for one the answr js always no bottle will bring a cup and disapear. Crew just allowed people. To stand and have a chit chat outloud next to people trying to sleep. It happened 3 times."
Cons: "Bathroom are so dirty. Windows are dirty. Food tray is dirty. I wonder if a deep cleaning is done everytime the trip is over. Plz upgrade ur planes as well."

Cons: "My seat and table were dirty and sticky. We had a 45 min delay. I was seated in the middle of the plane and received my meal lady and of course had no more meal choice available since they had run out . For the snack I also was given a different meal than my seat neighbor"
Cons: "When allotting seats to seniors, BA could have been more considerate and not placed them in middle seats"
