Upset about cancel to St. John’s and no overnight accomodation
I had a 5 hour lay over in Toronto. Felt very exhausted and bored.
1. Everything was satisfactory concerning the flight. 2. Can't think of what could be better right now.
The kid in the middle seat kicked me almost the whole flight, almost kicked my hot tea off my tray. The flight was delayed due to the first plane not being able to be de-iced in July! We had to get a new plane. Now I drive 3 hours back to Edmonton because direct flights from PVR were way to expensive
Excellent communication from the staff. We actually arrived early. Very friendly and professional staff.
I just think it’s unfortunate that Airlines have completely abandoned the idea of serving any kind of decent or even real food on flights, not even on a four hour flight!? Those days are gone, I guess.

The ground crew in Houston were not friendly. The security staff were very rude and reflected an attitude of superiority with rude remarks.
It started with multiple delays, cancellations, re booking, 5 hour lay over and finally on a plane from Chicago to Pittsburgh. Gates, times, etc were changed multiply times. Once on the plane, staff was fine, but built in tv did not work and could not even turn it off. Light at eye level the entire trip, so sleeping was near impossible. No snacks or drinks given.
If United expects people to use their own devices for entertainment they should put charging outlets in each seating area. I arrived with 14%battery power. That is not good when you arrive anywhere and need to communicate for transportation.
Flight was delayed by 3/4 of an hour. Overall flight was good.
Flight was 4 hours late. Landed at almost 1am instead of 9pm. No explanation given. The new seat configuration is the absolute worst. Uncomfortable seats, unreasonably warm. In flight "entertainment" is just wifi. We're expected to use our own streaming services. Terrible, terrible flight.
Got home 30 min earlier than anticipated. A welcome result when you're tired from a long day of travel. Customs and bags were quick and we were home in no time.
We were delayed by an hour without any commu8nocation about what was happening. Long lines just hoping to hear how long the wait would be.
I rated westjet poor on food for not accepting debit to make in flight purchases. This is dumb.
I like and appreciate the attention and patience from all west jet personal to my senior mother. Thank you!!!!
I paid Premium class. Given that it’s double the cost, my expectations are higher. I left the flight beyond hungry because they would not give me another dinner, though I know there were several left as we do not pre-order between the two entrees. After this flight I decided the extra cost isn’t worth it.
All as expected. Flight on time and journey was uneventful
Flight was cancelled, no follow up on what to do, crew was grumpy and not friendly. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
I will definitely book another west jet flight again. In fact, I just booked more flights with WestJet and I booked some for my friends.
