Pros: "I had been very sick the night before the flight and was so weak that I needed a wheelchair. The wheelchair helpers at both the Mazatlan end and Calgary were exceptional. They were so kind and genuinely helpful. I was very grateful. Also, your flight attendants seem to really enjoy their jobs. This is not the case on other airlines!"

Cons: "I was given a ticket with the seat 3A (one of the plus seats); I didn't ask for it or pay for it, I just got that seat when I was checking. After I found out it was a plus seat, I acknowledged to nearby the flight attendants and nearby passengers I didn't pay for this, that there was a mistake, and I could move if there was someone who did pay for it. What I received from the flight attendants are accusatory remarks/comments about how shouldn't be there because I didn't pay for it (after I acknowledged this before anyone even had an issue about it) and passive excuses that didn't make much sense when I asked them why there ws this issue in the first place. I was fine with moving seats from what I was initially assigned to, I was fine with being moved twice thereafter (first moving to 21E, then to 23E). What I was not fine with was 1. the accusatory tone by the flight attendants that I tried to take someone else's seat 2. even though I was given the seat by the person at the check-in desk when I didn't even ask for it and 3. after I was the one who initially brought up this issue in the first place and was willing to changet seats with he rightful passenger. Please learn to take responibility for your actions and mistakes and errors rather than blaming it on a passenger who just wants a safe flight home. Thanks."
Cons: "The reasons that I book with Westjet are that the attendants joke with each other, appear to really enjoy their jobs, and provide over the top customer service. On this flight no one was jovial or smiling, the garbage sat on our trays for the majority of the flight. The attendants spoke to each other more than the passengers. Very disappointing!"

Pros: "A few days before our flight to Halifax which was originally scheduled with a stop over in Toronto, we received an email from Westjet that they were putting us on the direct flight. This enabled us to avoid the Toronto bottleneck and get to our destination on time. Thank you Westjet."
Pros: "The flight out was smooth and on time. The food was fine, but not especially noteworthy. The seats were comfy overall. And I was on the aisle, which I like. Crew was personable and efficient. And the crew on the return flight (YVR to PSP on 11/27) was hilarious on the intercom. They seem to really enjoy their work. That made it nice since we left late. Also, we had a lot of turbulence on the return flight, but they hustled to give service in spite of having to be seated for long stretches. They did a fine job."
Cons: "Had a posted 20 minute delay on the screen at the airport. We actually left one hour late. Not a huge deal. And although the posted flight time was 2:50 in length, we made it in about 2:15, which made up some of the time we were delayed. Seats are a little low in the underside to stow a bag. Standing up it would not fit, nor would it when laying down. There are small storage containers under the seats which prevent bags from getting tucked in."
