Pros: "Seat was ok"
Cons: "Had to take a bus to the plane at SFO. Wouldn’t have taken this flight if I had known, but they don’t tell you this at booking. Also, was told carry on back wouldn’t fit in overhead and that I had to check it, which isn’t true as I saw other passengers with my exact same bag who didn’t have to check theirs and it fit."
Pros: "The crew were very professional and friendly. The comfort of the seating was great as well."

She had to walk on her own to the correct gate because they took her to the wrong gate after realizing she wasn’t at the correct gate."
Cons: "1) The economy section needs phone/device chargers. 2) accessing the entertainment is not easy and finally when I got to the screen to select a movie, there was this window in the middle of my screen with junk running that I couldn't get rid of so I gave up on the entertainment,"
Pros: "The flight was on time departing and arriving, the plane was clean, the legroom was good, the flight attendants were friendly and attentive."
Cons: "The bus trip from terminal to plane was long."

I received the two differed meals: chicken and pasta. I asked and I received. I am anti-wasting food!
The announcements about boarding were unclear and har.d to understand I almost missed the flight even though I wa in the boarding area. .
Connection from Asheville to NYC was over a hour later to ATL… Though Delta got me a room and meal vouchers still wasted hours of my time getting to be where I needed to be. W.:.
As we lined up to board they gave our plane to a flight going to Newark. So then we got delayed until they could find another plane. Flight crew was ok. I’m assuming since it’s a shorter flight they only offered water and coffee.
Flight was delayed nearly one hour. Just because of Deltas poor management. Was so late reached home after midnight .
Friendly boarding crew. Better could have been a bit more substantial food for this 3 plus hour flight.
I have to say that Delta has improved their service radically since I flew with them last. I purposely have avoided flying with them for years owing to absolutely terrible service. This is no longer the case, I am glad to say.

Cons: "I would have liked to have had WestJet internet and entertainment access. It was not offered on our flight from Toronto to Fredericton."
Pros: "The fact that military personnel and retired military personnel and their spouse can check in luggage for free. The check in crew was also very courteous."

The connecting gate at YYC for YXH could have been closer. We de-planed in D and had to walk to the lower level on the far north end (on the other side of A)
The announcing and changing of gates to board from is very stressful to run from your current gate location to one that is a great distance away. Elderly and mobility challenged people can't get there quickly. Also didn't like using Kayak. I accidentally paid for my flight twice and they will not reimburse me. It was a technical issue that charged me twice. What business doesn't reimburse you for a mistake?
I am a small person and I had barely any room to move. The rows of seats are WAY too close together and are very uncomfortable. My partners legs didnt even fit in the space in front of him and he had to splay his legs out into both directions in the other passengers areas. I can't imagine being bigger than we are and trying to fit into those rows. Unacceptable.
Getting closer to the gate that we had to leave from we had to run to catch our next flight
Travelling with children, they made sure we were comfortable, provided assistance both boarding and leaving the plane
This flight was delayed 3 times and no compensation was given. Very disappointed with my flight experience
Both flights delayed multiple times. Terrible customer service. Ever desk I went to thd refused to help and told me to go to another desk. I'll be contacting west jet today.
Long delay die to pet mix up. Also bags took forever to get to carousel

Cons: "There was a broken toilet that was very loud and created long line ups because economy only had use of the 1 bathroom while the first class had 2 bathrooms for so few people"
Cons: "More than an hour late departing. Added to that it was almost an hour before luggage appeared. Not West Jet’s fault but it made us even later resulting in some of our long drive of our drive to Grand Canyon being in the dark."
