Everything was very good. I felt that the value received in paying for Business Class tickets was very good. The entertainment offered was plentiful, but could be improved with more recent options as well. By no means a deal-breaker. The staff were awesome, in the airport, at the gate and onboard.
bus ride to the plane was very crowded and had to wait a long time to get to the plane. The flight itself was great.

Overall very comfortable experience. I had requested vegan food but the only option was a sandwich with vegetables and cheese. I removed the cheese and ate the sandwich ( tasted pretty good) but wish it was offered without cheese.
I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Turkish Airlines, one I felt compelled to share. Firstly, the staff’s attitude left much to be desired. I encountered consistent rudeness both onboard and from the customer service team. To illustrate, I lost my eyeglasses on the plane. When I approached the airline’s customer service for help, not only were they dismissive, but they also mishandled the information I provided. Even though I had clearly mentioned my flight details in my correspondence, they asked for them again, only to later inform me they couldn’t locate my glasses. Moreover, the flight itself was delayed by three hours, adding to the frustration. Given this experience, I strongly advise reconsidering before booking with Turkish Airlines
Boarding and flight itself was smooth and temperature during the flight was perfect. It was just overall vibe for long distance flight, felt cheap ( comparing to KLM or TUI that I used recently). Entertainment out of date movies with poor picture quality, no games, flight map wasn't working

They had lost my ticket and despite showing them the confirmation email with the itinerary and receipt of payment for the flight they could not put me on that flight and rescheduled departure postponing it by a whole week

Plane was late causing me to miss connection. Flight the next late causing me to miss the rebooked connection. Air seberia I think is more late than on time
This was my connection flight that was moved time ahead for a almost entire day so I lost it and I had to purchase new ticket once I landed in Copenhagen since nobody wanted to take responsibility for moving flight in that way so it’s impossible to make it. Very poor job by Underpricer, Air Serbia and SAS.
This flight was better, plane was newer and didn’t have broken parts. Flight crew was very attentive and friendly.
It was not communicated in advance by the airline, but we needed a PCR test before boarding.
