Arm rests are too small and too close. No screens, movie selection was very limited and poor. Food is pretty much overpriced cheap convenience store food.
Crew was good, helpful. Flight ran on time.would have liked to take airtransat home to MTL. But the price back from San Jose Costa Rica was MUCH more expensive than the flight from MTL to San Jose c.r.
The on-board crew were professional and friendly and made the trip feel like we were taken care of well. The gate for the flight departure changed three times...not great but not terrible. Considering it was the day of the New Jalisco Cartel mayhem, we can't really complain.
Onward flight was okay. return from Lisbon was poor as we missed our flight due to a long line at the passport control. Air Transat made no effort to accommodate us even though we were at the passport control 40 minutes prior to the departure.

YUL AIRPORT is the worst. 1 Hr to Get out of the plane, 1 Hr To Cross the Border. 1Hr waiting to be pick up curbside. Trafic is ubeliveble.
Flying to a far away destination is a miracle in itself, so please take these with a grain of salt. The seats are a bit tired, and need a freshen up. The entertainment could be a bit newer, especially with all services available now. The food really is where we need help. But again, flying is a privilege, so all is good.
The flight and crew were good. Departure and arrival were timely. Check-in was professional and helpful in Malaga on return trip (same on outbound trip from Toronto). The ad before ach program was punishing - specifically for the internet/data service with the content creator that was showed twice in each ad pod. It was so annoying I made an effort to forget the name and would not use the service. Provide an opportunity to fast forward or skip the darn ads once they have been initially viewed.
The flights were on time and the crew was friendly and helpful. The food was ok. The seats were quite cramped and if the seat in front was tipped back there was very very little room. The entertainment was only on your own device and there was no usb charging
Original flight was canceled by Air Canada and next day they re scheduled and paid by hotel and taxi cost, but it just so tired for waiting and I have some school exam that I couldn't prepare it at all.
The gate and flight crew were very responsive and professional. They went out of their way to make sure this senior had a good flight.
Liked they had tv screens on plane but no service for drinks and a snack when other airlines do
Advertised as free carry on bag for international flights and then I had to pay both ways.
Cold processed snacks for $$$$ Screaming children of family of 5 out of hell, nowhere to hide, strapped into a chair forced to listen to 3+ hours, crew completely lost control….Check in is completely automated with staff looking at you like you always were supposed to know how to stick your luggage sticker. The airport has no usb or usb-c charger you are forced to buy a cube for $20-$30. Somewhat disappointing well it was the first and the last time
Outgoing flight was cancelled due to labor issue but the airline found be another flight just a few hours later than the initial one.
There were a lot of empty seats so we were able to spread out and be more comfortable. The food was decent enough. The crew, however, there was one flight attendant who put a hand on my grandson as he was walking to the bathroom and told him to stop. He’s 13 years old and didn’t need an escort so I don’t understand the necessity of putting a hand on his chest and saying “stop”. My grandson was confused and embarrassed with no explanation.
Everything was OK, except one moment. After online check-in, Air Canada have sent me two same boarding passes. I asked to resend, but it comes the same again.
Entertainment system has been failing several times. This is not only entertainment, but also individual lights and ability of calling flight attendants were being disabled.
Online checkin could be easier. 24 hours out I had to search for way to check in, only later did Air Canada post it. Seats on the Montreal to Barcelona flight were horribly uncomfortable. $100 to check in a bag on an overseas flight is not a reasonable price. No wonder there were overloaded carry-ons.
