If there were ,It would have been nice to be informed. Every instruction given in french by the agent on the plane was pronounced so quickly that despite french is my 1st language, I could not understand the instructions. Too fast, no intonation, no space between words. Most of the time, the english versions (my 2nd language) were fast but with breathing between words, good intonation and the information was much easier to understand.

After i biked my flights, i was informed my flight was rescheduled for later time
I was mostly pleased. My greatest disappointment was with respect to the timely update to the estimated departure and arrival times. It was especially sad that the arrival time was not updated online once we were in flight so as to allow my wife to arrive on time to the airport. She was not happy.
The experience was pleasant overall, but my row was entirely missed by the snack / drinks service and the audio port for the entertainment only worked for one of my headphones due to a defective audio jack.
After several delays, the flight was canceled. I was “lucky” and able to get rebooked on a flight that left two hours later. The flight itself was fine although I didn’t like my meal. Flight delays and cancellations are far too common on Air Canada.
Window button was broken and display on seat is not functioning properly
The trip from booking to execution was great! The plane from YVR to YYC had LCD panels for entertainment which was great, but the return flight from YYC to YVR did not have them. Oh well--it was a short flight. Food was a pretty minor "token" snack, but hey--it was a short flight. It could have been skipped entirely and I would have rated the flight well.
Flight from Minneapolis to Montreal was easy, breezy. Small plane, so not much overhead space. The seats felt slightly smaller than normal, but not uncomfortable for my body type. No screens in the seats for watching movies or shows, but I don't mind, I'm more of a reader.
The aircraft was very spacious and comfortable. Loved that the rows were more spread out.
The plane was so old it did not have a plug-in for your cell phone and there was no entertainment Screen available
The plane was crowded, seats narrow, legroom practically nonexistent. The entertainment feature didn't work for my row and nobody was able to/interested in trying to fix it. This was a direct contrast to a very comfortable Lufthansa flight I'd taken from RDU to Frankfurt about a week earlier.
The flight crew did a good job, the main problem I had was in the layout of the pod itself. I know it does not matter but the connection for the head phones was not A- easy to find, B- very difficult to do based on the placement ( behind the right shoulder, very hard to reach, the type of plug on the frame vs the actual plug of the headphones), C due to the location and the way it connected, it did not allow me to use my own headphones, D- very low quality and very uncomfortable headphones, E- Surprisingly, very old selections of movies, for me, at least. I will still fly with Lufthansa as you deliver a very good product overall and I enjoy the quality of service, the ease and the prices. Thank you.
Waited on tarmac 30 min before take off everything else was fine
The hot towels before the second meal was an unexpected surprise. The crew was attentive and personable, and that’s a lot on a nine hour flight. And the hot pretzels were a kind of “auf wiedersehn “ to Germany.
Seats in the center row have obstructed leg room. Entertainment center did not respond well. Staff was good, but coukd be of limited help
Well,I miss a flight to Stl with United,they send me to Stl with a different airline, but same day,which was great
my flight was cancelled. next one scheduled 2 days later. no hotel provided. worst airline experience ever
Well the flight was 3 hours delayed taking off which lead to missing the next flight in Newark and an overnight stay in a hotel (at my expense) for a next day flight, 1.5 hour long immigration line, etc. Let's just say my travel experience wasn't pleasant.
Numerous delays, missed connections flight. Then connection flights were late as well
Crew had connection details for only 2 other flights and gave less than empathetic guidance.
