One crew member, Brandy was very helpful with recovering phone lost in customs. The plane was ancient and poorly maintained. Checked baggage did not arrive with flight. Almost missed flight because if insanely short layover time. Air Canada is worst flight I have ever booked with Kayak. Wanted to charge for headsets for on flight media.

this flight was exceptional due to the plane itself being updated with longer seat belts so no need for the extender and access to a tv.

Flight was oversold. Seats assigned to multiple passengers. Delay 1 hour to sort out.

Good but I don’t received my bags yet is been 5days still no update

Boarding is always chaotic. Delay was over 2 hours while inside plane . Crew not very friendly
