Terrible customer service at gate in Frankfurt. We were promised a shuttle to connecting flight and a wheelchair at the gate. Neither happened. Gate agent told us to go away to the service center. Zero help. Rude.

Personnel was very polite! Food from Frankfurt to Vancouver was very good!

It was great other than the plane was really small

lufthansa flights are consistently fully booked and they strongly discourage carry-on luggage, making many passengers gate check

The crew members were great. The flight was awesome. But I had trouble getting to any of the movies. I tried over and over. The free wifi though is a bonus which I appreciated. Re comfort I am not telling you anything you don’t know. There is nothing comfortable about air travel any longer. As someone with a back issue I am usually squirming about two hours into any flight. But safety matters most of all to me and I do feel safe with air Canada.

Had to cancel flight due to strike. Hope things will be better next August when we will rebook. Very disappointing as it was our 50th wedding anniversary celebration l!

The WiFi was down the whole flight, a flight that had no on board of any kind

The flight had to return due to maintenance issues and then was cancelled

Flight was in business class on an older Lufthansa 747. Business class seats definitely old style. Flight attendants were a little curt but attentive. Movie choices did not include anything that would be considered new releases.

Our return trips from Lisbon to Vancouver were the worst flights I have EVER been on. Our seats from Frankfurt to Vancouver were most uncomfortable. The 'table ' was not only dirty but broken. My headrest ' support' too was broken, leaving a spot where a broken attachment poked at your head. My food was the worst food I have ever had on any flight. Staff....they all looked and acted as though they hated their jobs!! The Calgary to Vancouver wasnt much better. We had NO services even though we were told of complimentary beverages etc.. That didnt happen. I asked for window seats, assured by the ticket agent I was given a window seat...NOT. Please dont make me go on. Our trip from Vancouver TO Madrid was great......so we were most discouraged at the events of our return trip.
