Pros: "Smooth and fast very clean and attentive crew"

Pros: "Very organized crew for the boarding on instructing passengers with carry-ons etc for the overhead storage compartments. Flight left on time."
Cons: "My entertainment screen was malfunctioning. Very frustrating trying to watch a movie to the point I turned it off & read a book . If you are going to offer the the service make sure it works."

Pros: "Everything is excellent!"
Cons: "The boarding procedure."

Pros: "We got in on time and that matters most on an evening flight."
Cons: "The plane was freezing"

Cons: "Late departure- even with snow issues have not had similar problems with WestJet"

Cons: "When I had to change my wife's ticket due to an emergency, we were charged over $415.00. That is unfair."

Pros: "The flight was good"
Cons: "Because I miss my flight"

Pros: "Crew was nice"
Cons: "Airplane was old, uncomfortable and no screens"

Pros: "Their sympathy for our atrocious wait was, free pop and water, and some pretzels. $30 meal vouchers at the limited options gate area, which could only be used towards a meal (really? no where else?). Here's a were sorry email and a discount on your next flight with us. I have yet to see how much the significant cost for that discount but my expectations of Air Canada are very low."
Cons: "That delay was horrendous, I spent 10 hours at an airport. I woke up so god damn early to get there because of news spreading the worries of people waiting at customs immigration to the U.S. it only took us 40min to get through and the flight delay notice was given an hour and a half before departure. We couldn't even sleep on any benches because they were all designed for individuals to sit. It wasn't until our gate location moved to the end of that area was there any carpeted floor space to sleep on. On the flight, economy seating was very tight with limited leg room, and best of all our seats had no window, literally every other row in our section had a window. Air Canada handled this stressful event very poorly, once they figured out bringing a new air craft hours later, and everyone moved to the new gate area, all the attendants had left from their gate post until 40min before the flight which was hours later."

Pros: "Roomy plane."
Cons: "Restroom no working for disabled. Boarding was disorganized and chaotic."

Pros: "Very good crue"
Cons: "Very concientiousvAiur Canada employees"

Pros: "Staff was very helpful and kind"

Pros: "Smooth ride. Friendly and professional crew."
Cons: "Very uncomfortable seats. Wasn't able to recline seat because the passager behind complained that the seat was in her face."

Pros: "Direct to Toronto"
Cons: "Too many to list"

Pros: "Efficient and helpful."

Pros: "The boarding process"
Cons: "Seats uncomfortable, no entertainment except dated material, crowded, overhead luggage does not fit a 20in bag except sideways, very inefficient use of space. Given the choice a rouge flight would be my last choice."

Pros: "Like the customer service and not paying for my loggage On the way back was great, cuz I didn't have the fund. Thank you Everything went well and the ticket price alright."
Cons: "Not thanking you guys enough. So!!! Thank you again"

Pros: "Where rude also unable to hear safety announcemts"

Cons: "Delays on delays"

Pros: "Nothing except the plane was able to fly!"
Cons: "Old plane: Old seats No entertainment screens need to rent a mobile device -> this is sooo out of touch with reality of standard flights that it is even embarrassing to mention or to write it! BTW: My fellow flight companions did make fun of this during the entire flight! Not good."

Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "Everything. Crowded. Cramped. The curtain between First Class and Economy was archaic and insulting. On my departure flight, I had the unfortunate row that divided the elite from the peasants. IIt enabled me to see how the staff fawned over the Elite while we waited for minimal attention."

Cons: "Slow check-in, old plane"

Cons: "One man wanted me to check an empty carry on bag I travel for 10 years with this high quality foldable carry on bag, it is a tight in their test cradle because of the wheels but it does fit. Even a passanger offer me is support telling the agent he was not reasonable after getting the bag in and out 4 times he still wanted me to check the bag in ? After 10 min arguments he said ok put it on the floor ! I could of put 2 of my foldable bag on the top storage if I had 2.... it was a connecting from same airline a much smaller plane which accepeted the bag . Very unpleasant ! Some people like to feel in power."

Cons: "I was assigned a seat right at the back when I booked I selected a mid seat and did not get it."

Cons: "The space between the row seat has become too narrow."

Pros: "The staff was very professional and quite helpful. The flight was good. I would recommend it to everyone."

Pros: "Layla!!!! Mimosa Heineken"

Cons: "The crew waited so long to start selling food. Then, by the time the cart got to where I was sitting (only halfway back) they were already sold out of the two things I wanted to buy. The tea they served was the dregs from the bottom of the kettle, nasty and bitter. There was no "entertainment," except a crew member renting out a couple of ipads that connected to the wifi. The luggage compartments are oddly shaped so that you can only put your luggage in the long way. It a misuse of space. A lot of people had a hard time finding any place to put their bags. During takeoff, one of the luggage compartments opened up twice."

Pros: "Staff were friendly. My son got to say hello to the pilot as we boarded. It was a smooth flight."
Cons: "It would be nice if there were some vegetarian options for food on the plane. Even a cheese and tomato sandwich would. D good."

Pros: "Crew is polite but A c should be ashamed to herd people in such tight spaces that are only for cattle. People were scwarming Fidgety Quite terrible Please no longer recommend the ' rouge ' flights to people Regular flights are ok but the rouge They should be ashamed of themselves and you to for selling them"

Cons: "No tv no food"

Pros: "Fast flight"
Cons: "No leg room Overbooked Bad choice of movies"

Pros: "-Direct flight -The boarding by sections. Less of a stampede."
Cons: "When I arrived to my seat, the overhead compartment was full. I had no room for my carry-on. I mentioned it to the flight attendant. He just shrugged and told me to put my carry-on under the seat in front of me. So, #1, I guess some people bring more carry-on and the staff lets them. And #2, I guess it wasn't tight enough in those seats and even though I'm over 6 ft, the staff had to make it tighter. Also, when it was time to land, I thought my seat was all the way up. It was not fully all the way up. I was half asleep, and all of sudden, instead of telling me, one of the flight attendant pushed on the button to raise my seat. I would've appreciated him telling me. The landing was delayed, but that's no ones fault at rouge. I am trying to be as objective as I can. Hopefully, when (and if) someone at Air Canada-Rouge reads this, he or she has enough "pull" at the company to ask the proper authorities:"what kind of company are we? Are we a bargain basement flight company that offers just basic flights for extremely low prices? Or are we an average flight company that offer great value for the money the customer pays?" Because, from my perspective as a customer who is at his second experience with Air Canada-Rouge, the feeling that I get from flying with you guys, is that your company offers basic flights that doesn't offer great value for the money. It's more a company that "plays on both fields", taking what suits them, and leaving what doesn't , regardless of their customer. I understand that a company has to make money. It's normal. But, at a certain point, don't you have to think about your customers? To be honest, the only reason I flew with Air Canada-Rouge is that I was stuck with no other choices but to fly with you (schedule, cost, etc.) And I know for a fact that I'm not the only one. The feeling that I get, is that your company counts on customer like me. Customers that are "stuck", with no other alternatives. If your company wants to offer many "cheap direct flights" like Ryanair and Easyjet offer in Europe, I have 2 suggestions: #1: lower your prices. #2 :your staff should be more customer friendly savvy. Because those 2 companies, that's what they offer. Always remember: you can put a lot of maple syrup on a pile of sh***t, it still won't taste like pancakes. Thank you."

Pros: "The on board crew was excellent - very patient and forthcoming. I could not say the same thing about the ticketing agents or the boarding procedure."
Cons: "The seating on on this plane was the most uncomfortable I have experienced in a long time - with the exception of my outbound flight which featured the same type of plane. Air Canada tries to charge you for every little thing and I guess that I am one of those people that does not appreciate being nickled and dimed. I will look for other airlines the next time I book a flight to Canada. What a disappointment!"

Cons: "It was cancelled."

Cons: "There was no in seat screens for entertainment. Space was much more cramped than other Air canada flight we had. Knees were against seat in front. No snacks provided only drinks. Food was available for purchase."

Cons: "Flight got delayed over 1 hr"

Cons: "Delayed"

Pros: "Got to the airport at the same time as my son, he got on and I didn't. They said the flight was closed by the time i checked in."
Cons: "N/A"

Pros: "New Aircraft"
Cons: "No meal service - Bought RB sand was dry - Luggage did not make transfer - Enternament on personally owned I pad only"

Pros: "They our sits for a better one because of my 6 year old son."
Cons: "Nothing"

Cons: "Seating for Econamy patron flyers has become disgustingly so close together that knees of person behind me kept jabbing me in my back. When person in front tilted his seat back I really felt cramped and felt like a sardine. I am not a tall person. I do have short legs. Maybe airlines should hereafter ban tilting the seats back."

Cons: "My first flight had free snacks and movies to watch yet it was only an hour in the air. This flight was much longer with no movies and having to pay for snacks. Seems a tad backwards."

Pros: "Lack of services in Air Canada is disappointing. I asked for an iPad, which, i was asking to rent to watch a movie and no one got back to me."

Cons: "The seats in coach were ridiculously close together. When the person in front of me reclined their seat, there couldn't have been more than 6 inches between them and my nose. Felt like Spirit Air had purchased Air Canada."

Pros: "This was the first time traveling to Canada. Everything went so smooth. I will definitely be using Air Canada again!"

Pros: "Love Air Canada"

Pros: "Very easy checkin, nice aircraft, very clean, friendly staff."

Cons: "Late for everything"
