It was okay. Had a thing with the front desk, she had me repack my suitcases to have them be under the weight restrictions, but then the other one was overweight, she argued with me about it when there were tons of people in line. Wasn’t great.
3.5 hr delay for a 1 hr work flight. No information as to why the delay until 20 mins before boarding.
Our flight was cancelled at the last minute for maintenance reasons and we were rebooked on a late flight when we purposefully booked our flight to be home early due to work.
Just an evening before they canceled my ticket and offered me ticket costing 3 x times more than. I will not fall prey to these scams,Will never book through kayak now. Such a bad experience.
The flight was delayed by more than one hour. The terminal was consequently overcrowded and hot. We lost our car reservation and hit rush hour traffic in Boston, which added two hours stuck in traffic to our trip.

The airline arrival at the downtown airport is a big plus.. Food and beverage was excellent. Their non weather related cancellation is horrible. Overall I gave the airline 7 over 10 Tips for people flying porter from Boston. The airline doesn’t have inflight entertainment No TV No WIFI. Bring your entertainment with you.
Nothing to like about porter. Flight cancelled. No flight back to Boston for 2 days. No hotel accommodation. Terrible. Never again by porter.
Porter is the airline that does care. All trips with Porter have been smooth and relaxing. The extras are the customer appreciation. The others just don’t do that.
The flight was delayed for more than 2 hrs. The plane was changed and staff couldn’t count people so we had to wait even longer while waiting for take off.
Delayed for 15 min due to maintenance. We were asked to wait to board as a family, but took longer than if we were not asked anything.
Flight was delayed 3 times. My luggage was sent to Saskatoon instead of Casablanca - airline got it sorted out in two days. Received $45 in meal vouchers to use in the airport.
Orderly boarding. The flight to Montreal was difficult to get to on time, but had help from staffer.

Liked the lounge in Toronto. The filmed safety information featuring a tour of Canada was amusing, maybe confusing to those with out English or French, or flying for the first time. With a few exceptions, personnel were polite and helpful.
Horrible. Sat at the gate in the plane for 2.5hrs.
My screens didn't work on both my flights, while most of the cabin's did. Flights were OK, one took off over an hour late.
Airport staff super friendly. Even put us on an earlier flight because we arrived early.
flight was cancelled at an hour's notice- it appears that when flights are not full, customers are left to fend for themselves. I missed my one and only conference in 6 years, and the 900$ charge was not refundable.
