Cons: They double booked our seats. Another woman was asked to leave on an over sold flight. The flight attendants (not all) were rude and curt. While I understand that they have had long days but their job is customer service. We were talked down to multiple times.

Pros: Flight attendants are among the most professional and refined I’ve come across traveling anywhere in North America. It’s a pleasure flying with them.

Pros: Johnathan at the gate was very informative and gave us information. But it was very obvious how unorganized the company is run.

Cons: We were delayed going from Newark to Montreal (both legs), as well as Montreal to Newark. The reason given for the delays was "there is an international pilot shortage" by a Porter gate women, meaning that Porter books more flights then it has hired Pilots. Probbaly one of the most unorganized and unprofessional business models in the industry. The lounge does not even have food for purchase, the refrigerator shelves are empty and no where to go get food. Has been an awful experience.

Cons: Porter flight was delayed due to wind at arrival airport but I was charged $135 for the late connecting flight?

Cons: Of 4 Porter flights in 3 days, the first two legs of each were delayed, resulting in 0 time between connections. You'd think that because we're traveling on one airline with two legs, there'd be some communication between flights that passengers on the first delayed flight are going to misconnect on their second flight. Didn't seem like there was... really stressful.

Pros: Toronto City airport is a convenient place to connect and Porter makes the experience nicer with a very good waiting area/lounge. Porter flies small planes but the seating is far more spacious than on the major carriers. I actually had legroom to spare whereas my knees are usually crushed on other airlines.

Pros: Our flight attendant was WONDERFUL! I wish I knew her name. She was the only one with glasses. This was the ~3:15pm flight Nov 25 from Montreal to Toronto. She was very pleasant and attentive, and truly loved her job but not over the top. My friend and I were super impressed by the service of everyone but especially her. The snacks were also a very nice touch. Great prices and deals on flights

Pros: There was a delay on my first flight with a very short layover and everyone I talked to helped ease my worry that I'd miss my flight. They ended up prioritizing us through security and holding our connecting flight back until we got on.

Cons: The flight was impacted by a 5 hour rolling delay. That meant it was not possible to take the connecting flight. So options were to stay in Toronto or return to Montreal airport 2 days later to get on the same flight. They have no arrangements with other airlines to get you on their plane at the same fare. You may save money on this airline, but, you better have schedule flexibility. We had a similar issue on the flight to Montreal. Will never fly them again!

Pros: We made it to our destination. Flight attendants were pleasant. Juice was served in a real glass not plastic. Storage in overhead very narrow. Couldn’t get standard size bag it it.

Cons: Gate was changed but no announcements were made.Flight left over an hour late. No instructions given for people with connecting flights.

Pros: I thought the staff - all of them, ground and cabin crew - were just extraordinary; so attentive, welcoming and really trying to make travel as easy and enjoyable as possible. For instance, my original first flight leg was delayed, which would jeopardize me making my connection in Toronto. The gentleman at the check-in desk at my departure airport immediately arranged for me to take an earlier flight into Toronto so I would not miss my connection. I didn't - or indeed couldn't - ask for anything more. Thank you to the Porter crew!

Cons: It was hard to hear the employee shouting out which rows were able to board. We couldn't get close enough to hear and they didn't have a microphone or loud speaker. The flight attendant who was working our flight was very abrasive and rude. We were asking if there was any additional bag storage and she said she didn't have time to help us.

Pros: Porter was very prompt on their loading and take off. Complementary wine and beer in delight was a bonus. Complementary beverages and he mix was a nice surprise during my layover as well. Their waiting area was large, adequate in seating and comfortable.

Cons: Two minor drawbacks: (1) In the Porter lounge, where I was stuck between connecting flights, the cost of food was too high. (2) The weather buffets these small planes more than would be the case with jetliners.

Cons: They ran out of food people would actually like to purchase and all that was left was cruddy Mac and cheese, pizza and truly awful sushi made by someone who has both never tried but inexorably hates it.

Cons: The entire HUGE MESS from booking til sitting on our last airplane. The “new reservation” system is a horrible joke. The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing so you get completely wrong info and they won’t do anything about it. I’m a wheelchair assist and had to call 6 times to remind them to put it on my ticket even though each time I was shown that it had been added. They kept seating on the back row of the plain and blamed me for not calling ahead to “let them know I was wheelchair assist so they could reseat me” BUT...they won’t answer you call unless it’s 24 before your flight and then to check at the airport who then tells us it’s out fault cause we didn’t call more then 36 hrs ahead...YOU CANT CALL THAT FAR AHEAD...and ...get this “they don’t have wheelchair assist on my ticket/file”. I about lost my mind over the hours on hold and every different answer as to what what to do and in the end blamed us. ASTONISHING TO ME. THEN THEY HAVE THE NERVE ON-BOARD TO ANNOUNCE THEY ARE THE BEST AIRLINE IN NORTH AMERICA 2019...HORSE PUCKY!!!
