This event refers to my TAP flight from Lisbon to Heathrow on 21-Jan-2018. We arrived to the airport nearly 2 hours before departure time, waited 35min in the security checks and my girlfriend was held 20min in the passport control. While she was queuing for the 2no police officers to check her passport, an airport assistant came to the queue and asked who was due to board in TP364 to Heathrow. She was made aware that my girlfriend was there due to board that flight. In the meantime I made my way to the gate to make the gate assistants aware that she was held in the passport checks and was already on her way to the gate. Having said that, the zealous assistants in the gate have closed the gate in front of me, 18min before scheduled departure time and - "very kindly" - told me that I wouldn't be boarding that flight anymore even though my girlfriend have arrived in the meantime. One can imagine the frustration I felt finding out that the flight departure was delayed and that the flight actually departed 40min late. At that time I was already suffering the extortion of the customer service from TAP, claiming from me circa 400Eur from each of us for a one way ticket in the next flight to London. Therefore... until I remember this... I AM NOT FLYING TAP ANYMORE... I am very proud of being Portuguese but in similar situations that occurred with me flying British Airways, Lufthansa or Air Italia, I have always been treated with much more respect and customer care!

The services at the airport was terrible. The Booked me a flight with only a 30 minute layover. When I try telling the people before boarding the plane, big Norred me. When I told the flight attendant she said she would talk to the captain to see if there’s a way I could get a ride to my next plane so I wouldn’t miss it. That never happened. When we got off the plane no one at the airport would help us and when I was trying to run to my next terminal one of the officers at the airport told me to slow down because I wouldn’t miss the plane and I was fine. When I asked help with directions and told him I was afraid of missing my flight people laughed and walked away. When I finally found my terminal and got to it, my flight had already took off seven minutes prior. I absolutelyHated my experience flying with Ethiopian air. The seats are uncomfortable on the plane, not all the seats recline back the same level, and when I was eating dinner I decided to eat chicken since I can’t eat beef and halfway through the check in my stomach started her and I looked up the chicken and it was still pink inside.

Late into the flight there appeared to be a medical emergency taking place just a few rows ahead of me. No announcement was made; it was as though we were expected to ignore the situation. But with the lights in the cabin turned on, a small crowd gathered, and the passenger being vocal in his distress .. . a brief announcement would have been nice: Situation under control, no need to worry, flight will continue as scheduled. The passenger had a relapse a few hours later - again no acknowledgement from the crew to reassure those of us who could hear his cries of distress.

The entertainment, the food, the free wine.

The small space of the economy seating area. It was very crowded and the staff wasn’t too keen on taking plates from passengers after they’ve eaten so often we were stuck with our trays and couldn’t get up or move. Boarding was a pain from Istanbul. The security check was chaotic and I wish they had a more sanitary way of checking everyone’s bags instead of using the same pair of gloves to search every passenger’s bag and do a body check.

Uma antiga queixa minha era o tratamento dispensado pela tripulação da TAP aos passageiros. Muitas vezes faziam o seu serviço sem paciência e até mesmo de forma rude. Nos meus últimos 3 vôos pela TAP, a tripulação vem se mostrando muito mais cordial e até mesmo divertida, sendo bastante simpática. Ainda pode melhorar? Claro que sim, mas agora não tenho mais "medo" de pedir um copo d'água a mais para os comissários.

Sei que a tendência dos vôos low cost é não oferecer muito conforto aos passageiros, mas o espaço entre as cadeiras está ridículo até mesmo para pessoas com estatura mediana como eu (1,80 m). A poltrona, apesar de não reclinar, era até confortável, mas os meu joelhos ficaram espremidos pela poltrona da frente. Sem contar que, para um vôo de 3h, deveria ser disponibilizado algum entretenimento, mesmo que através do wifi (como já fazem as cias. brasileiras - se no Brasil já fazem, qualquer país do mundo é capaz de fazer!)

Boarding process chaotic due to conflicting flow of movement in the aisle. People don't like to step aside to let others pass. Additionally some of carry on luggage was oversized and should have been checked into the cargo hold. When flight landed in Nouakchott an announcement should have been made so that the Dakar passengers allowed the NKC ones to deplane, AND the NKC passengers should have been advised to have their boarding passes out for inspection. This caused a backlog in the jetbridge. AND no announcement regarding local time.

I'm very disappointed because i wasn't allowed to travel back to the US from Brussels (Belgium). i was supposed to connect in Toronto but because I'm a foreign student in the US, I wasn't aware that i needed a Canadian Visa to transit in Toronto. so lost my flight and i hard to spend another thousand euros to catch the next flight that will connect in the US territory. I made all the call possible to resolve my flight issue and no one could help me either Brussels airline personnel or the kayak customer service. until today i didnt have not even a email to let me know what happen.

Crew was polite, but...

The flight attendants seemed unused to the idea that Orthodox Jews won't sit beside people of the opposite sex. This made boarding take longer than it needed to. The airline should figure out a way to streamline this process on flights to/from Tel Aviv.

It is an African airline so I am doing my best to support it. I am grateful I was allocated to a hotel for my long layover

I had a long layover in Addis and the hotel I was allocated to could improve its service. I was expected to be served breakfast in the morning. My flight was at 820 am There could be some improvement on food

The services at the airport was terrible. The Booked me a flight with only a 30 minute layover. When I try telling the people before boarding the plane, big Norred me. When I told the flight attendant she said she would talk to the captain to see if there’s a way I could get a ride to my next plane so I wouldn’t miss it. That never happened. When we got off the plane no one at the airport would help us and when I was trying to run to my next terminal one of the officers at the airport told me to slow down because I wouldn’t miss the plane and I was fine. When I asked help with directions and told him I was afraid of missing my flight people laughed and walked away. When I finally found my terminal and got to it, my flight had already took off seven minutes prior. I absolutelyHated my experience flying with Ethiopian air. The seats are uncomfortable on the plane, not all the seats recline back the same level, and when I was eating dinner I decided to eat chicken since I can’t eat beef and halfway through the check in my stomach started her and I looked up the chicken and it was still pink inside.

This event refers to my TAP flight from Lisbon to Heathrow on 21-Jan-2018. We arrived to the airport nearly 2 hours before departure time, waited 35min in the security checks and my girlfriend was held 20min in the passport control. While she was queuing for the 2no police officers to check her passport, an airport assistant came to the queue and asked who was due to board in TP364 to Heathrow. She was made aware that my girlfriend was there due to board that flight. In the meantime I made my way to the gate to make the gate assistants aware that she was held in the passport checks and was already on her way to the gate. Having said that, the zealous assistants in the gate have closed the gate in front of me, 18min before scheduled departure time and - "very kindly" - told me that I wouldn't be boarding that flight anymore even though my girlfriend have arrived in the meantime. One can imagine the frustration I felt finding out that the flight departure was delayed and that the flight actually departed 40min late. At that time I was already suffering the extortion of the customer service from TAP, claiming from me circa 400Eur from each of us for a one way ticket in the next flight to London. Therefore... until I remember this... I AM NOT FLYING TAP ANYMORE... I am very proud of being Portuguese but in similar situations that occurred with me flying British Airways, Lufthansa or Air Italia, I have always been treated with much more respect and customer care!
