Cons: "A delay of 28hrs is never positive. I haven’t been able to get my United points either since I was rerouted to SFO. When claiming them the system says that I never boarded the flight to EWR and completely ignore the YYZ - SFO flight. Mediocre overall."
Cons: "At the time at the gate did not allowed me even take my caryon bag with me, the staff was so rude an in an uncivilized manner start fighting with me ,I am a sinor person got very disrespected by your staff, I would like to bring a lawsuit against UA for what you did to me ,I wish an invitator from your office contantact me to explain everything,"
Pros: "Quick and easy flight, on and off the plane quickly."
Cons: "Small, cramped plane."
Cons: "Food was 100% carbohydrate. Not a trace of greens or protein. Our party was split up even though reservations were made long in advance. Codeshare on Air Canada"
Pros: "Quick flight - happy crew - United rocks!"
Cons: "Toronto Airport needs to get their act together. This is twice now that there were two Star Alliance flights to Denver at roughly the same time - United and Air Canada - miles apart in the terminal. Yet only the Air Canada one was on the flight board. I. Er half the flight walked to F64 and then had to run to F97. Shoddy."
Cons: "If they know that the flight is about to delayed then they must wait for the passengers for connecting flights!"
Pros: "Ok"
Cons: "Cannot gauge if carry-on would fit into overhead No entertainment"
Cons: "The plane was very small and crammed"
Pros: "Coordinated itinerary. ..well articulated"
Cons: "Not Applicable @ this time"

Cons: "United needs to training your employees"

Cons: "The second leg of the flight-Denver to Little Rock was a very hot flight. The air conditioning never seemed to cool the plane down!"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Everything"
Pros: "Crew was friendly, boarding was easy."
Cons: "I wasn't informed when I booked that the flight was operated by Air Canda's budget variant, rouge, and not Air Canda as was listed on Kayak. I had no option to select seats, and when we boarded I was seated on the last row by the galley with no reclining seats and the florescent lights were on nearly the whole time on a 10 hour overnight flight. There are no seat back TVs and the free streaming service went down repeatedly just like the AC outlet at our seats (there are only two of these for three people). I booked this trip nearly a year in advance, and I am extremely disappointed that I wasn't informed that I was flying a budget airline on a 10 hour flight."
Pros: "I like that we landed."
Cons: "This box seems too small to fit it all in. It's United - underwhelmed as usual."
Cons: "Plane from Toronto to Denver could have been a bit bigger / nicer for that long a trip."
Pros: "Boarding was quick and efficient."
Cons: "It seemed that there was a lack of preparedness before taking off from each stop."
Pros: "Crew did the best they could"
Cons: "4 hour weather delay; missed all connecting flights; spent night in O'Hare; no food at night; no vegan food; got home 12 hours later than planned with little no sleep."
Cons: "Seats are so narrow and uncomfortable. And we never pushed pack on time for all my flights"
Cons: "Incredible long walk passengers should be told when you have such a distance to walk. Passport sign in is not very user friendly should be a better scanner and easier questions they are confusing"
Pros: "Plane was on time"
Cons: "No food"
Cons: "No air plane was hot, landing took two attempts second seamed difficult and a little scary"
Cons: "They kept delaying this flight but not telling us. First it was delayed to 6:50; at 6:51 I asked whether it was further delayed and was told no, we were about to board. Five minutes later the screen said 7:15 (and later, 7:35); at no point was there any announcement about these further delays. They then stowed carry-on luggage below, so passengers lost access to any entertainment in their carry-on. There was no entertainment on board."
Pros: "I wasn't on a united flight because of the delay."
Pros: "Fantastic minus the fact this flight was canceled without any notification."
Cons: "I wasn't notified that my flight was cancelled until I tried to check in online a few hours before. Then I was booked on a terrible next day combination. I had to book with another carrier for $400. I missed out on time and money."
Pros: "Fast!"
Cons: "3+ hour delay"
Pros: "Staff were helpful, the flight took off on time and the trip was smooth."
Cons: "No complaints on any front."
Pros: "Air temperature was perfect. Seat roomy enough. Baggage claim super speedy."
Cons: "De planing was a bit slow because of wheelchairs"
Pros: "I was pleasantly surprised when they announced those with large carry ons could get tagged and pick up at final destination."
Cons: "The distance between arriving gates and departure."
Pros: "Nothinng"
Cons: "Didn't hold our seats! Made it with ten minutes to spare, but sold our tickets when they could of called and said three passengers are on their way over!!!! Instead made a little more money!!!!"
Cons: "Space was minimal and the temperature inside was very warm. Very uncomfortable conditions."
Pros: "Plenty of leg room in first class."
Cons: "Paid for upgrade to first class for smoother flight with more leg room. Flight attendant whose job is to server first class customers avoided me entire flight looking the other way whenever she was passing, making it impossible to ask for anything. I ended up asking different flight attendant for glass of water."
Pros: "The flight crew was friendly and professional."
Cons: "We had to go to the special help counter to get our seat assignments changed so my wife and I could fly together. Then they attempted to charge us baggage fees because you didn't notify them that we used our United Explorer card. This also required me working with the gate agent to get priority boarding"
Pros: "Sitting in the flight on the Tarmac for over 2 hours is a terrible experience"
Pros: "Roomy"
Pros: "Overall, the flight was OK. I would not write home and brag to my friends about it ..."
Cons: "There is good business between Toronto and Halifax; why must you use the smallest aircraft you can find? Use a larger aircraft and fly it fewer times per day."
Pros: "The"
Cons: "The flight is delayed four hours. When I booked the ticket, I booked with air canada, and I was assigned to a UA flight. And They didn't allow me to change to a ealier one coz my flight is with UA."
Pros: "This was a nonstop flight with Air Canada, in cooperation with United Airlines"
Cons: "A small plane, crowded and full, for a non stop, international flight. Obviously, United prefers to use the larger, more comfortable planes for flights through their hub in Chicago- which is always a hot mess!"
Pros: "A very typical flight."
Cons: "No complaints."
Cons: "Normal carry on would not fit :( Seats were extremely small I still hate paying extra for luggage."
Pros: "The flight was short"
Cons: "We had to walk almost halfway to Newark just to get to the flight. It was outside on the Tarmac at the very very very end of the terminal, I've never seen anything like it before. We also left a travel folder in the seat back pocket containing important documents and a sealed envelope of 1000$ USD. We immediately called to retrieve it and at first were told to file a complaint online, no matter how many times we tried to tell them that time was of the essence in this situation. We also begged the united airlines personnel to speak with a manager and he wouldn't put one on the phone. In the end all they could tell us is that the folder "wasn't there""
Pros: "excellent aircraft, roomy, comfortable and clean. the flight attendants were very attentive but not pushy"
Cons: "very full flight ... tourist season?"
Pros: "Always the service is above and beyond"
Cons: "No complaints"
Pros: "Flight was on time"
Cons: "That I was not allowed to move into empty seats further forward. And that I would have had to pay more for a seat closer to the front. Airlines say they serve the public but they do so only tintype who can afford it. Shame on you."
Pros: "To be not treated like CATTLE!!!!"
Cons: "NOTHING!!"
Cons: "I am almost always cold. Not so on this flight. The temperature on the plane was so miserably hot that I had sweat pouring down my face. Everyone around me was trying to open their air vents to get more cool air and/or fanning themselves. I asked the flight attendant about it and he said that the plane was just old and it would cool off eventually. It did, about 20 minutes before they cut the air down again for landing. By the time I got off the plane I was nauseated from the heat and stale air. It will be a long time before I fly United again if this is any indication of the condition of their planes."
Pros: "The service was awesome"
Cons: "Being late."
Cons: "First flight was delayed, missed next 2 connecting flights. Next flight home wasn't for 24 hours, so had to pay for my own hotel + another $200 for a rental car to drive 5 hours home. Made it home 1.5 days later. They lost my bag, bag made it home 3 days later. Overall, worst travel experience of my life."
