Smooth ride but I wish they have better food selections.
Aircraft is designed with all 3 washrooms at the back of the plane, meaning that when there is service underway, there are no washrooms available and it gets very crowded at the back of the plane.
I was through check-in right away and on the plane before I knew it perfect in every way

Flight was oversold. Seats assigned to multiple passengers. Delay 1 hour to sort out.

Boarding is always chaotic. Delay was over 2 hours while inside plane . Crew not very friendly

Over an hour to check baggage. Baggage lost for over 3 days but was found and delivered to second hotel while on International tour. Seats were a tight fit when three people seated, On Air Canada Rouge plane no food and limited snacks. Air Canada plane better seats and snacks and food provided which was good.. Delayed ,Canceled flight and lost luggage experience, thus not a great rating.
Plus—newer aircraft, luggage arrived on time, adequate legroom. Minus-No snacks on three hour and five hour flights, long wait for a shuttle from the terminal to the airplane, indifferent flight crew
Everyone at icel air just passes the buck if there's a problem which there was they don't want to know about it any company can be good if everything goes well it's what shows is when something doesn't go well how they handle it and trust me Iceland air does not know how to handle any kind of problem

The crew was attentive and personable. The plane was clean and the seats comfortable. It was an excellent trip!
Only serving 2 small coffee in 7.5 hrs flight with very limited choice to order food.
Booked with Kayak… Economy Class it said. I had filtered for 1 checked bag. Get to boarding and it says I have Economy Light w/ no checked bags. $136 each way for baggage now. Do not use smartfares.com. Very misleading and a terrible start to this trip.
Overall good. I was surprised how easy it was to get from plain to plain in such a short time. Food choices were not so great and quite expensive. Entertainment was ok. Flights were smooth.
The staff was really friendly and was comfortable. I found it disappointing that we were never offered any snacks while on the flight. For such a long flight and the amount we paid for our ticket that was unacceptable. Not sure if I’ll fly Icelandair again.
One small complaint: people in economy frequently were coming through the curtain to use the saga lavatory.
On time and crew were good. Our seating arrangements in biz class were messed up, separated us as a couple and bulkhead seating not good for long legs.
