The plane ✈ flew without incident.
Airplane left late, no in flight movies, menu of food was very unusable. Because I am lactose intolerant, still, lots of cheesy entrées on the menu.

I had a very rude and mean flight attendant. I was yelled at and wasn’t offered any beverages or food afterwards. I was ending a phone call with the rcmp and without rudely hanging up on him due to my truck being stolen and being out of the country for 11 days. I was yelled at from 6 rows away in a very arrogant rude tone for the whole plane to hear. I was embarrassed and uncomfortable for the rest of the flight as well as being in a bad mood. Not being offered any beverages or food afterwards also made for a long flight. Was not impressed in the slightest as I fly with west jet every week and have never had such a rude flight attendant.
Flight was delayed an hour
Overall flight and connections were good. Board process was smooth and flight departed and arrived on time. Watch for baggage delays when arriving in Fort McMurray as they can sometimes be excessive. No entertainment provided on the smaller planes but most people have some form of entertainment with them.
The gentleman at the gate was super helpful and helped us check our bags at the gate.
Zero leg room. Zero arm room. The entertainment system did not function. No food for such a long flight unless you pay more then the food is actually worth.
The flight attendant named Steven went so far beyond the call. He was attentive, he fixed our video system when no one else could and when he learned we were celebrating an anniversary he brought us a present. He was awesome!
We left late, it was delayed then maintenance issues. Twice. Seating was very tight and uncomfortable, no movies or entertainment at all. U.S. flights are the worst. Even on short flights with aeromexico outside the U.S. you get movies and food. Zero stars for comfort, food and entertainment.
Flight crew was good, we arrived early on flight out and back! Feel like seats are tinier than ever, maybe it was just me. Food (water & pretzels) were OK, but nothing special (then again it was a short flight, so I didn't expect anything). Plane was small so we needed to gate check bags and the gate attendant came around and tagged everyone's bag for us, well before boarding which was hugely efficient - kudos to her on that!
Gate attendant's mic was broken (or she didn't know how to use) so she had to yell into the boarding area.
I really enjoyed the just a little bit larger seats, extra leg room, and the ability to watch a movie on a screen that wasn't my iphone 6 screen.
It would be nice to have gluten-free snack options on the flight, since I have to be gluten-free.
