Pros: Great crew, fast boarding, nearly empty plane so I had the whole three seat row to myself.

Cons: The hydraulic pump for the inboard flaps sounded like it was on it's last legs and howled whenever adjustments were made. The cabin pressurization system whistled so loud that I had to put ear buds in to protect my hearing (just on takeoff/landing). Proper maintenance is important!

Pros: The plane didn't crash like website and they did not charge $10 for printing off my boarding pass, as no one could with website down. Also, some budget airlines now only allow 40lbs in checked baggage, Looks like they allow 50lbs.

Cons: Similar problem on the way home, could not book luggage online but could check in. Shop closes at 5 CST so could not call. Even though we told at checkout that it was because of the Christmas volume online, still had to pay Airport (extra) price to check-in baggage. They said I could perhaps get the penalty fee returned if I called in. Told her it's not worth 2 hours on a paid long distance call to get $20 back.

Cons: During my booking I ended up with my return flight being on the same day as my departing flight. I was surprised that this was not noticed as I would not have even reached Vancouver before I was scheduled to return. My fault too as I did not look at the tickets when I printed then off before we left Fortunately there was only a 120.00 charged to change our tickets. I am just thankful my husband noticed the day before we got to the airport to come home as the flight was totally booked.

Cons: We boarded then waited 1.5 hours on the tarmac for a couple of passengers who were late from their connection. Also, no in flight entertainment.

Pros: Great fare. Prompt and friendly customer service on the phone.

Cons: My flight was cancelled and rebooked for the following day with the same itinerary, which would have defeated the purpose of going on my trip (a wedding). I called and Air Canada put me on a same day flight on Delta. That flip was delayed, and I would have missed my connection. Finally, I was rebooked again, but didn't get in until several hours later than I would have gotten in.

Cons: This was an overnight flight but for those of us in the back of the plane (near this staff hangout section) there was no rest. They were speaking loudly, sometimes over each other, as though at a house party for the duration of the 5 hour OVERNIGHT flight. This isnt the second time I have flown long distance with Air Canada and the 'frat party' in the back occurred on both flights. The first time was much worse-12 hours from Seoul to Toronto- with the party going on the entire time. LOW BUDGET service and attitude at major carrier prices.

And they were not “big” as was said. my seat I was moved to had sick children behind my seat whom were coughing and kicking the back of my seat and the row was completely full. Cons: No enough choice of movies

Okay 4.6

Pros: The movies and entertainment offered in the screen were alright.

Cons: We were delayed over an hour because flight got in late from Halifax, I get it, stuff happens. Then once boarded we sat there for another 45 minutes. The pilot comes on over the speaker and explains we aren't leaving because the crew didn't have the proper paper work in the cabin...

Mediocre 2.0

Pros: Not much

Cons: We are people, just be kind. Asking to be treated in a friendly respectful manner seems to be impossible for Air Canada! I thought Canada was known to be friendly and polite, if that’s true, Air Canada should change its name! They are experts at treating people unnecessarily badly. It’s shocking to witness and harsh and rude shouldnt be descriptors of any company’s customer service agents, especially one who represents a country!!

Excellent 8.5

Pros: Comfortable seat with plenty of hip & leg room.

Cons: Charged $35. for luggage because I didn't know I could go online with the Flair Air website & pay prior to check in. They were friendly and advised me to do this in the future.

Okay 4.6

Pros: Crew were great.

Cons: I was told by transat to down load an App. to watch entertainment only to be told by Flair Air that they did not provide the service and that I was given the wrong information. So no TV for 5 hrs.

Excellent 8.0

Pros: Great crew, fast boarding, nearly empty plane so I had the whole three seat row to myself.

Cons: The hydraulic pump for the inboard flaps sounded like it was on it's last legs and howled whenever adjustments were made. The cabin pressurization system whistled so loud that I had to put ear buds in to protect my hearing (just on takeoff/landing). Proper maintenance is important!

Pros: Arrived at destination

Cons: Ground crew were horrible and unnecessarily rude It’s difficult to deal with hoards of people, I get it, but we were pleasant and cheerful and were treated with harsh indifference, decided to seek another agent and he was dismissive Everyone was treated like they were annoying and troublesome children! If AC would just find nice people who have a hint of compassion we’d accept being late and squashed

Cons: I got notice at two thirty in the morning while I was sleeping that my flight was cancelled and I was put on an earlier flight, so when I woke up and checked messages my flight was leaving in 90 mins and I needed to get it to make my connection. I almost didn't make it.

Pros: The crew was friendly and efficient, and made all the difference.

Cons: Since we booked online, we were told that we couldn’t pre-book our seats for this flight. So even though we arrived more than three hours ahead, we couldn’t sit together for this nine hour flight. After having the same thing happen on the way to Barcelona, it was really disappointing.

Prices are per person, are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in CAD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
