The crew was friendly and attentive. Excellent food: sandwich and warm cookie handed out on a 2.5hour flight! Would definitely fly Air North again.
We left a half hour late and there was no food or snacks offered-,not even the crappy pretzels. The flight itself was smooth tho and the crew was nice.
Lots of leg room, no fee for seat selection at check in, good food service and punctuality
My row seemed to have more leg room and I didn't pay extra for it. Air North offers a meal at no extra cost. There was no entertainment available, but that wasn't an issue as most people have options on their phones. The crew was friendly. Air North offers air travel the way it used to be and that is a welcome and pleasant surprise.
Air North is one of the easiest airlines to fly with. Lots of room and great service. Always provide you food.
My interaction with air north was great, Their customer servicr was easy to get a hold.of, Managed to speak with a person, they were very polite and helpful, However I messed up the date with the ticket purchase, Since I used a third party I could not change the date. And trying to contact Kayak and the other third party was a nightmarez So I am unlikely to use a third party again.
Customer server was excellent. The flight was extremely affordable, and my seat was both comfortable and spacious.
Terrible customer service - no interest in being helpful, limited service hours, unwilling to transfer checked baggage of provide advice. Not recommended.
Supposed to fly out at 10am to Kelowna….got delayed until 1:40 and missed an important meeting. I ended up having g to stay over. Should have just driven.
Service was great from start to finish. Pleasant attendants, timely luggage to carousels.
The flight didn’t happen because they apparently lost my check in and wouldn’t let me board.
Took 3 hours to check in and drop off our suitcases. Half of the passengers were still in line by boarding time. The computer systems and staff were very slow. Staff were also disorganized and kept allowing later flights to skip lines. Suitcases were piling on that several other passengers didn't get their suitcases. Then, we were sitting in the plane for 2 hours and were told that the flight was overbooked. We missed our connecting flight and had to fly the following day but with a stop over. Good thing ONE WestJet customer rep was pleasant and actually knew how to do her job when we wanted to rebook to a direct flight. Thank you to Kim at Toronto airport. Terrible experience at PUJ. Won't go back to Dominican Republic.
There is no snack and nit much that would be considered gluten free in yiur food selections. One of your snacks should be a gluten free cookie or small bar etc. maybe it was me but I didn’t see any free movies just internet connection and YouTube .
Generally good. However. The flight left 30 mins behind schedule with no reason given.
Not the greatest experience everything was pretty mediocre. My seat was by the washroom in the aisle and was not located well as everyone past each other people were right in my seat and space.
We never had an experience they canceled the flight and they did not offer us an alternative flight. I had to book one on my own expense. They offered us food voucher and we could not use them at the airport it kept saying not attached to an existing flight. The people at the counter were rude and cold and they did not care about our situation
Flight cancelled and Kayak switched our return flight to a red eye. Ridiculous.
Delays happen but communication and care were very low on what ended up being a long day.
My connecting flight was switched without proper notice. Spent the night at the airport. Missed my hotel room and rental car due to this inconvenience. Trying to remain positive.

Bluetooth to use earphones with the onboard entertainment system failed. WiFi worked at least.
Pilot missed Fredericton airstrip on first go, so had to ascend again, turn around and try it again, successfully, albeit a little jittery...perhaps a new or inexperienced pilot. Not the greatest Air Canada experience. Delayed us even more.
The floor plan on the website indicated I was selecting a seat at the front of the cabin with ample leg room. In fact, I was in the row behind it. I should have wondered when the seat was free to upgrade, but it meant I traded an aisle seat three rows back for a middle seat, which was quite cramped. The Internet didn't work and the live TV didn't work until the last half hour of the trip. On a night of World Cup soccer games, not good.
I was through check-in right away and on the plane before I knew it perfect in every way

I was rescheduled when I missed my flight due to border clearance issue
Received an email a few hours before boarding that wifi and seatback entertainment would not be available. There was no explanation for this. We were served 1 x 20 gram granola bar as a snack (not even a full granola bar) which was really embarrassing. The crew was lovely (none of this was their fault) and the flight was successful, but the aircraft itself was falling apart on the inside. Overhead comfort control panels were worn and some were hanging out and non functional, This aircraft needs to be upgraded.
Delays. Poor support booking a hotel after a diverted flight.
The long delay was the worst part of the flight.
