All went well from checking in Seattle till landing in New Orleans. The whole crew work well . The customer service is amazing . They are knowledgeable friendly and serviceable.
My main issue is that I paid approximately CAD 200 to select four seats for the first flight. However, when I arrived at the check-in counter, I was told that the seats had not been assigned, and my family was relocated to the last row of the plane. I was traveling with two young children, ages two and six, which made the situation especially frustrating. I paid for a service that I did not receive, yet Alaska Airlines did not offer any refund or reasonable solution. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled and will not fly with Alaska Airlines again.

Typical domestic flight. No entertainment. You have to use your own devices and provided entertainment didn’t work. Pretzels and water of flight over 4 hours is unacceptable. Meals should be provided on long flights. But it’s about the money and not customer service. You should just issue the bag of pretzels at the gate and water bottle in seat and just do away with flight attendants because they do nothing on domestic flights
Crew was very friendly. Our bags showed up at the carousel within 20 minutes of arrival.
I will never take a red-eye flight again. Crying babies. Complete full flight. Could not get comfortable. Not fun.
All flight entertainment is from your own device and there was an $8 charge to connect. also 1 drink and a small bag of pretzels was all that was given to us. other that that the seats were good and the flight itself was as expected.
I appreciated Alaska Airlines very much, they are expanding traveling locations globally as they partnered with another company and am excited and looking forward to our next traveling adventure with this great Airline. Thank you kindly
Meh. It was the cheapest option, but not cheap for a mid-week flight. The flight staff were the most brisk and passive-aggressive I've seen on a flight in forever. We got to the destination alive though.
When I checked in a lovely woman full of cheer was able to move my seat to one more comfortable for my arthritic knees. So fuss, now extra charge to move me. Real customer service. She was a delight. And my flight was smooth
We boarded the plane and were about to take off when we were notified that the tires had to be checked. Upon inspection, they were found to need replacement, so the entire plane had to be deboarded. After we exited the plane, United staff forced us to stay in the gate area by posting "Do Not Exit" signs on the doors connecting the gate area to the terminal. Many of us had already rebooked our flights and had no checked bags, but they told us we could not leave. This seemed inappropriate to hold people under false pretenses. When the agent told us we could leave, I asked them to please take down the "Do Not Exit" signs, as they were misleading. The agent refused, and I told them that it didn't feel right to hold people like that.
Friendly crew, but we were delayed for more than an hour and had to change planes due to maintenance issues.
Good but airlines getting smaller. I didn't like the meal but the service was fine. Flight was fine and luggage arrived. So good.

How badly can you screw up baggage claim? We were told to go to baggage claim too for our bags from this flight. Another flights bags were there. They finished up. More bags from a different flight arrived. Our bags did not Finally the baggage claim belt stopped working and and are flight was still listed on the arrivals for that baggage claim 2. And then nothing It turns out that they had been delivered not only the United baggage claim but far away on a Delta baggage claim No I never told us. It was only the people looking around who had been on the flight But I’m sure there was plenty of time for the employees to raffle through the bags and steal whatever they wanted
There was no USB plug in my section of the plane. So I could not charge my phone. Also, there was no screen to watch movie or anything like that. Wish I had known that in advance, I would’ve brought my iPad.
On time take off…US cabins look tired and need of refresh!
The flight attendant handled a situation in which an angry passenger was demanding to use his own supplemental oxygen equipment firmly but graciously.
Just a crappy airline. The same every time. You feel you are a cow on a farm. You are being being whipped and pulled.
I loved the fact it was on time and it was a smooth flight to my destination.
Service was okay except attendant over served alcohol to passenger and passenger got tipsy and made me uncomfortable

Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.
There was a man who was very rude at boarding. On the other hand personal bag measuring box is too small compared to USA airlines,

Our flight schedule was changed over six times, ultimately leaving us with a layover much shorter than we originally booked, which meant a panicked run through the airport. And the entertainment screen didn't function. As I've come to expect with Delta, a very mediocre and not customer-focused experience. This is on top of an outbound flight that was so delayed by mechanical issues, we had to spend the night at our layover city.
Trash. Sat on the runway for 40 mins…missed connecting flight because of it now I’m stuck. Thanks…a whole fkn lot.
One day, I do so hope for a gluten free snack! Seems like with the rest of the world FINALLY figuring out what gluten free is, American Airlines would too. Fingers crossed!!
The flight was delayed multiple times, again no fault of American but again the extra cost, for everything makes it feel like a cheap airline! Especially when flights are outrageously expensive already
Pitch was very small. Knees were on the seat back in front of me.
Cancelled and rebooked twice in one day with a drop in seat class. Not good at all.
First, to be fair, the flight was on time and the trip through the air was relatively smooth. But the flight was full, and they were checking carryons. As this process went on, the crew got increasingly rude and overbearing. During the drink service, a young girl (maybe 9) who had gotten up to use the lavatory got stuck behind the cart. At some point, she started feeling fearful and overwhelmed. Passengers noticed this and asked the crew to let her return to her seat. They refused. Then she started crying, and they still refused to move the cart forward to let her sit. The poor girl was trying to be brave and compose herself. The crew handled the situation terribly and with zero grace or decency. That episode, to me, encapsulates AA’s attitude toward its passengers. Disgraceful. The plane itself was cramped and miserable, as usual. There was zero inflight media or entertainment, other than the lane and borderline inappropriate jokes the steward made during the safety briefing. Then, of course, it took the better part of an hour for the checked bags to show up at the carousel. AA is no better than the el cheapo airlines these days and a far, far cry from its former self.
It was okay. I opted to pay for an upgrade to an exit row, but this might’ve been the worst exit row experience I’ve ever had. - The fold out table was janky and didn’t fold out properly. - The seats felt squished together as I was the aisle seat in the group of three, but the guy in the middle felt like he was constantly leaning on me. - Everyone who walked by brushed up against me, or knocked my entertainment screen, to include the food and drink carts. Didn’t get one apology or excuse me. - The community flight tracker screen was right in front of me and was sooooooo bright I could barely catch any sleep on my 13hr flight from Seoul to DFW. Not the best experience at all…
Airlines changed our originally booked flights. Our luggage was completely damaged.
Departure more than an hour later. Conexion/waiting time at the airport was more than 7 hours :(
Overall the flights pretty good. The snacks we’re good and they were plenty of them. Both boarding and deplaning went quickly.

check in for premium economy very nice. Friendly attendants. Best security video ever. Seriously. That's about it. Not a good bang for the premium economy buck, to be truthful. I had hoped/expected for a little more.
One crew member, Brandy was very helpful with recovering phone lost in customs. The plane was ancient and poorly maintained. Checked baggage did not arrive with flight. Almost missed flight because if insanely short layover time. Air Canada is worst flight I have ever booked with Kayak. Wanted to charge for headsets for on flight media.
Never flown with Air Canada before, but it's now a top choice! Loved it!
Horrible crew, horrible seats configuration, ridiculous space in the toilets, Air Canada is no longer a option.
Crew at gate and onboard were just very OK, not very friendly and honestly seemed bothered to be there. I will give a shout out to still selling headphones for those who forgot.
Flight Boarded and departed on time. The Flight crew was very friendly and accommodating. The aircraft was clean and free from clutter and debris. I will be happy to recommend Air Canada to my friends and relatives for their flight needs. They were very attentive and responsive to our needs as Senior citizens.

Got denied my flight was told on Google that Air Canada was supposed to book me a flight back home because I never was able to go to my destination. They did not help me whatsoever. I had to book a whole new flight for that reason I would write this is zero
