Boarding pass counter did not open until 2 hrs before flight. We were there 3 hrs before as we like to be early ( eat, relax etc). Due to this the line up was large , thus never got through security till 15 min before boarding. Other than that, everything was great
The agent at check in was very cordial and gave me seat 4a with nobody beside me as I asked if possible
Seats not as comfortable but understand as it was a smaller plane/ short flight. All in all, I’ve never had any issues with Porter. Great company to fly with
We were very offended Reserva check in agent in Calgary. Erroneously profiled and reprimanded for using Reserve line . Hadn't even looked at tickets. We were in fact Reserve passengers
The staff was amazing. Best service I’ve had on an aircraft in a long time. Was not particularly happy with the food. Flight was at 10:50 and left home too early for breakfast and wasn’t able to purchase food at airport and felt for sure I could get some breakfast to buy on airplane. Nope as food was served around 11:30 and only one choice left (I was at 22C) so ordered the chicken dish thinking I’m getting a hot meal but cold chicken with rice and carrots etc. I was looking forward to a croissant sandwich and a hot cup of tea. The FA was kind to explain they were serving dinner at that time. She was lovely Other than the disappointment with the food the staff was amazing. On my return flight I will make sure to eat and take some food with me so I’m not hungry or disappointed. This was my second time ever flying Porter and will consider checking them when I next come to visit my daughter. Have to say it again best crew I’ve ever experienced on a flight and I travel quite a bit. Thanks.

First time with Porter and I can say this is best airline company in Canada. Great service, free WiFi, free snack and drinks (including beer and wine). Seats were super comfy on the Embraer jet and I appreciated the folding try table too. Staff were excellent both legs of the trip.
New jet. Lots of leg room. On time departure. Early arrival. Reasonable airfare. Excellent online experience.
I can't praise the crew enough on how fantastic they where West Jet could learn alot from Porter about customer satisfaction
It is stupid to have to go to Atlanta in order to get to Rochester NY. I was up for 36 hours because who can sleep on an airplane. I'll next do tht again.
The crew was excellent. The turbulence was very bad and they were unable to serve our dinner. The captain informed the passengers that we were going to get water and snack instead. They provided us ample snacks instead. Otherwise the trip was good.
The experience was good just the upcharge of over a hundred dollars was not cool.

Flights were cancelled setting me in panic mode since my much needed weekend escape with friends was only a short one. No apologies given at the airport nor on the plane. Flight was rescheduled

WestJet was able to re-book us to the next available flight at no charge when air traffic controller staffing shortage delayed our inbound flight
I am a tall woman and could not move my legs enough to reach down under the seat in front of me to retrieve anything I put down there. I sat in both aisle and window seats and felt extremely cramped. In the aisle seat, if the stewardess was heavy, it was impossible to pass, and she would knock my arm shoulder and thigh every time she went by. If I can avoid it, I will not be flying this airline again.
Plane was late. Too many announcements during the flight. Made me pay that deposit. Uncomfortable seats.
Contacting Canada air was a disaster. I will never fly Canada air again. If you called their 1-800 number, you were told that you might have to stay on the line for two hours. That is a disgrace. You should be able to speak to a human within the first 10-15 minutes. I went over to a cluster of phones and a lot of people were on hold with Canada air for 2-3 hours. This is why I will never fly Canada air again.
Packed very carefully and did a 4 day trip with a 'personal item' only. Much less trouble than a carry on. Only 'entertainment' i need is the flight map. Did not work.
Our family of four were seated separated entirely from one another. We were hopeful to at least be paired up with our children in groups of two. Remember that no food is provided. You will get two beverages and a single Made Good granola bite size bar. Air Canada Bistro menu is available for purchase. Blankets, pillows, and headphones are also available for purchase.
Check-in was quick and efficient, the flights were smooth and comfortable and the food was fairly tasty. Eating beans while in a tin can in the sky is not necessarily the best choice. Our luggage came quickly and easily.
Awful, I was bumped from my buisness class seat because the airline decided to forfeit my seat to a pilot and stick me in the very back of the plane. My flight was delayed by an hour, boarding took an extra 30 minutes longer then it should have, and the in flight entertainment system was broken for my entire flight. I have yet to hear from Air Canada with regards to a refund for my ticket so in total I'm down about $1400 dollars for my tickets. Moving forward if I can avoid using Air Canada in the future I will be doing so even if it costs me extra money.
Flight was late missed our connection to Indianapolis no hotel rooms really difficult finding a room hope to be in Indianapolis one day late and multiple flights to even get there.
Well I had insisted to be put on standby because I knew there was one seat so there should have been another. There was, seat 36AC for both of us, the last row in the plane that does not recline nor does it have any room in the overhead bin because of plane necessities. The bathroom right behind so a line up with people's bums on your arm rests, etc. We were happy to get a flight earlier because of the missed connection, but we saw flight people who were sitting in customer seats and I felt we should have been seated there and they should have been put in the back. Plus the stewardesses were wearing so much perfume, I had to hold my nose because of a severe allergy to perfume.
No charger and no entertainment on the way back. The plane's super old-like 80s old-with zero TVs. At least the free Wi-Fi works, so definitely bring your iPad. Also, no meal on this 7-hour flight.
This was the best Air Canada experience i've ever had! We didn't realize we could switch to an earlier flight and I asked the attendant as they were boarding the 8pm flight. She kindly let me know to make such requests prior to boarding in the future, but she was very understanding that we just came through security with young kids and was able to make the changes for us. When we got on the plane, the lady in the back was super friendly, welcoming, and kind. She was great with our kids and with the other passengers and we just enjoyed her presence so much!.
