Terrible customer service at gate in Frankfurt. We were promised a shuttle to connecting flight and a wheelchair at the gate. Neither happened. Gate agent told us to go away to the service center. Zero help. Rude.
All good great price seating very cramped but overall very good
Personnel was very polite! Food from Frankfurt to Vancouver was very good!
lufthansa flights are consistently fully booked and they strongly discourage carry-on luggage, making many passengers gate check
The experience was satisfactory. The plane was full and took awhile to embark and disembark. On a 4 hour flight, there is not much you can do. my return flight was in the very last row on the plane but was adequate.
Overall great. The crews were lovely. The seats are awful. I always emerge with a back ache.
Flight was not affected by the Air Canada strike. Complimentary beer and wine offered on flight.

Even though I flew in business cabin I was not given any refreshment even though those next me were served
1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.
When I bought my ticket , I bought it for a premium flex and I paid more money to get comfortable seat , but I get a basic economy seat, I need a refund for the ticket Thank you Rabeh Afli
Everything was good. But from Frankfurt to Seattle in airplane entertainment system didn't work good.
Flight was cancelled due to maintenance issues. It was a nightmare to get an alternate flight back home.
Service and food were excellent. Incredibly friendly and competent staff. Flight was delayed over and hour and I had to run between terminals to get my connecting flight.
Missed it by a couple minutes and couldn’t find an alternative flight so had to spend the night in DC and after much shuffling from 1 airline to another managed to get a United to Frankfurt.
I ordered Hindu meal and expecting a vegetarian food. Instead I got Chicken. Also entertainment system was so bad and slow I was never able to use it
There were only 2 toilets and one of them did not work in business class. We are not allowed to cross classes so had to wait in line to use the toilets!! The entertainment touch display was finicky and did not work all the time.
Layover time was not sufficient as the gate was too far, I had to literally run and was out of my breath. This was main drawback. The crew was wonderful and so is their service. I loved interacting with them.
