All good great price seating very cramped but overall very good

Personnel was very polite! Food from Frankfurt to Vancouver was very good!

lufthansa flights are consistently fully booked and they strongly discourage carry-on luggage, making many passengers gate check

The experience was satisfactory. The plane was full and took awhile to embark and disembark. On a 4 hour flight, there is not much you can do. my return flight was in the very last row on the plane but was adequate.

Overall great. The crews were lovely. The seats are awful. I always emerge with a back ache.

Flight was not affected by the Air Canada strike. Complimentary beer and wine offered on flight.

Bad experience. My checked bag was lost during this direct flight….how does that even happen?

The flight had to return due to maintenance issues and then was cancelled

The space for seats were uncomfortable and lack of leg room . I paid extra for more leg room. I’m not a big person.

The leg room was tight even after paying extra for economy comfort plus. It was difficult to move out of your seat (I was seated in a window seat). I am not a large person. I would not book the middle or window seats again.

My girlfriend had a health emergency and couldn’t board the flight. I asked for a refund, but you only offered half of the purchase price as a refund. Very disappointing.

Ground staff and cabin crew were excellent. Flight was perfectly on time. Zero issues.

Even after a delay, getting off the ground, thanks for keeping me safe, the airline made certain that my connecting flight was rebooked to get me to my final destination. It was actually rebooked twice, and my luggage still managed to meet me. The airline gave me a credit for food and beverage to be used at the airport vendors, regretfully, the credit did not transfer to my final boarding pass. Oh, well…

Flight was great. Smooth flying, movies good. Open seats allowed for good stretching.

Come on. A two hour, 7am flight and a small bottle of water and a tiny chocolate bar was provided. No coffee, no nothing. Poor.

Not enough veg food for passengers. I actually did not get veg food and starved the entire flight duration.

The crew on my Frankfurt to Chicago flight were outstanding!! Friendly, helpful and worth taking the time to write an excellent review on their behalf. I would fly Lufthansa again just because of their warmth, kindness and humor!

Overall, the service was excellent, the crew verry professional, and departures and arrivals were perfect.

The staff were so very cheerful and happy! It really made my day to encounter such chipper folks throughout my journey

love the crews and my only problem was the delay at Frankfurt was very bad. I have travelled with Lufthansa for over 30 years now and this was cost me some planned business appointment
