Short flight, you can't do much. On nice days, announce the islands they're flying over.
on the longer legs, maybe a little healthy snack instead of a Celebration cookie. A second coffee would be nice. Air Canada = Second Cup. My father-in-law, Gordon White (CALPA #4) was a captain with Air Canada from age 18 to 58 on all the biggest planes. He bragged about extra treats they gave out.
there was no food or entertainment on that short 1.5 hour flight unless you mean the cookie and the overhead announcements... Those Q-400's are the workhorse of the rugged coast and mountains for sure.
they were super helpful. Agents at the desk got me on an earlier flight and I was able to get home several hours earlier.
This is a great non-stop YVR-MIA. Very comfortable plane, and no transfer through a city that gets major winter weather!
The on-board entertainment system was horrible - we gave up watching because it just kept glitching.
I wish Air Canada would provide a meal on the 5 hrs or more time flight to the passengers.
Overall very good 👍 the only disappointment was that I pre ordered a vegan meal and the longest flight YVR-SIN wasn’t on board even though check in said it was and my email booking shows that confirmed ✅ luckily some passengers were not on board and there was a vegetarian meal available, but still, I think you should know because every all the other flights were vegan meals except for the longest so that was a bit of a concern at the beginning of the flight.
Good flight. It's great you can easily go anx help yourself to snacks and water. Crew friendly and helpful. Everything ran very smoothly.
Amazing service, with enthusiastic crew members, and some breathtaking views of Vancouver. No IFE though, as it is only a 1 hour flight on a regional Turboprop jet.
Even though I flew in business cabin I was not given any refreshment even though those next me were served
1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.
When I bought my ticket , I bought it for a premium flex and I paid more money to get comfortable seat , but I get a basic economy seat, I need a refund for the ticket Thank you Rabeh Afli
Everything was good. But from Frankfurt to Seattle in airplane entertainment system didn't work good.
Flight was cancelled due to maintenance issues. It was a nightmare to get an alternate flight back home.
Service and food were excellent. Incredibly friendly and competent staff. Flight was delayed over and hour and I had to run between terminals to get my connecting flight.
Missed it by a couple minutes and couldn’t find an alternative flight so had to spend the night in DC and after much shuffling from 1 airline to another managed to get a United to Frankfurt.
I ordered Hindu meal and expecting a vegetarian food. Instead I got Chicken. Also entertainment system was so bad and slow I was never able to use it
I liked crew, always smiling and provided the best services.
There were only 2 toilets and one of them did not work in business class. We are not allowed to cross classes so had to wait in line to use the toilets!! The entertainment touch display was finicky and did not work all the time.
