I like that we landed safely and that my dog was safe underneath as well. Outside of that, we were 45 mins late for a direct flight that is 1.5 hours long. And 2 of my 3 bags did not make the flight. Only my dog was onboard.

I wasn’t checked in for the third leg of my flight, my bag was checked through to Dublin but when I went to the gate in Toronto they said I wasn’t on the flight and had given my seat away. I had to wait 24 hours for another flight and instead on the one I had booked it was now 2 flights.

Again, flight was late. It’s expected of this airline now i guess.

Poorly staffed check-in in Victoria. Unhappy WestJet person on counter. Then our flight was delayed by 2 hours, which meant our luggage failed to make the flight to LHR. Overall poor communications to passengers. Fortunately the flight from YYC to LHR was good and on time.

They delayed flight because lack of staff then missed connection. Never flying with kayak or weather

Boarding, staff and flight great. A bit disappointed with no in flight online entertainment but I'll live. Landing was a bit of a jolt (more than usual) but hey everything else was smooth. LoL

flight changed by airline. then could not check imto mew flight because kiwi had messed up the reservation. still waiting to depart…

Westjet cancelled the flight and I had to show up at the airport to rebook it, losing 2 days of my vacation, and no compensation, a crappy itinerary with no extra legroom which we paid for, no ability to use the lounge passes we paid for - basically a crappy experience. Not a reliable airline if you have a big trip planned.

In- flight crew was upbeat and helpful. Fluid boarding. Food options for purchase ran low on healthy options half way through cabin. Mr Noodles soup is a very low end option. There's far better brands available on the market ie : Nongshim soon veggie and Nongshim Shin Black beef broth. As a diabetic; I would have ordered cheese and crackers but were sold out before row 20.
