The meals are full of bread, pasta, starch, tortilla with brownie, cookies, and candy bar snacks. Would appreciate more vegetables, fruit, and protein. I couldn't get my headphones to work. Otherwise the flight and attendants were great. Thank you!

Cons: "My partner and I orginially selected a window and middle seat. When we boarded the plane we were switched to the two middle seats of a 4 seat row. Honouring our original requests would have made a world of difference. If Lufthansa cannot do this much then I do not want to fly with them."
Cons: "With a short layover and a bit of a delay coming from Seattle, I rushed through immigration and security and ran to my next gate. Even though I arrived at the gate two minutes before the scheduled departure time, the plane had already left the gate. VERY disappointing and will probably be the last time I fly Lufthansa, especially through Frankfurt."

Cons: "First time took Lufthansa airlines and it was my one of the worst experience. Hospitality is respected when customer is helped when they are in trouble not when they is happily boarded. I have to travel from Milan to San Francisco and I missed flight of my one leg ( milan to frankfurt) of journeyand I went for help and non of the Lufthansa staff at Milan airport helped me. Although my connecting flight was after 12hr they just gave me some random number which to call. I have never experience this in my 8yr of international travel."

If they removed a row or two and gave everyone just an inch more space how much would that REALLY set them back?"

It would have been nice if this could have been notified earlier, rather than having to wait for all passenger's luggage to be delivered before realising that our's was not there."

This was an overnight flight and they ruined any chances of falling asleep. The problem came from the fact that the flight attendants could keep them under control. They, in turn, got annoyed and gave generally subpar and unpleasant service."

I did know I needed a document to transit Canada but their website is absolutely not straight forward in telling you what you need to do. I read there was an exempt till September 2016 and since I was flying before it, I thought I would be fine. While I understand it was my fault for not doing my research, it's the way the airline company handled the situation that incredibly frustrated me. There is no empathy or willingness to help a traveler about to embark on their journey, when they are told they can't board. I didn't know you needed a visa just to transit!! It's just stone cold responses and haughtiness. It's a new rule, cut me some slack! They just pushed me off to a partner airline and I was asked to pay 1500$ for a one way flight. I m getting very frustrated with airlines of late! Customer service sucks. There is no genuine empathy for a person in a bind. It's all about making money and getting you out of the line. I'm just disappointed."

No room for carry on bags and honestly was treated very poorly when asking questions about the delays. No one at gate check ins to talk to until 5mins before boarding time. Out of all my years traveling I've never been more poorly treated."
